In PvP it's good only for killing single target enemy quicky but for nothing else! You will fight PvP in large groups, and there you worth nothing with your bow!
That's why it's needed to be buffed!

ZOS please do not listen to defenders of blob tactics. ESO endgame will die if aoe dps farming is the only viable tactic.

ZOS is destroying their player base left and right. They have terrible balance in the game between magicka users and stamina users so they redo all the gear. This made players craft entirely new sets of gear. Now they're going to screw you again and raise the level cap so all the gear you crafted and upgraded will be old and out of date way too fast.
What about unbreakable CC? Did I miss the patch notes where they're going to fix unbreakable CC? This has been going on for a long time now and they're not addressing it.

The cost reduction of 20% and the cast time reduction of 0.2 seconds (lol) are not making this skill any better or worse than it is now, cause it will remain a skill that is only used as an opener out of Stealth and during Keep sieges.Again, you're buffing bows and reducing time and stamina to cast Snipe? Depends on the Softcap raises. If I am Already Softcaped @ VR12 and still will be @ VR14, than I don't need to update my Armor ASAP.
