    Not asking for the world, just looking for an apology and an update to the problems concerning subscriptions and refunds to people that had their bank accounts charged without authorization. Guess that's too much for them to type... They need to grow a pair and admit their mistakes.

    I'm sure they'll fix the issue and give everyone a free 30 months without purchasing a subscription. This isn't a small crooked business that is able to hide from the law. They're not going to do anything illegal, they know they will get sued for it. Just give them time, they have over 2 million accounts to look through and probably near 100,000 tickets. Be patient, they know they f'd up and I'm sure they'll working on the best possible solution. It's not as simple as pushing a button and everyone magically has a 30 days free and the money refunded in there account.

    *UPDATE*
    I opened a ticket this morning requesting my original purchase to be refunded since they will not have game time cards available for a month and I have an $80 game that they won't let me play so yeah. Object to the EULA and the fact there are no time cards making cash payment impossible and they have no option but to refund your money.
    I would be playing right now, I would have been playing yesterday but they wouldn't let me so I am getting my money back and leaving this game. I am sure I am not the only one but after ten years of *** MMO's launching and being nothing but a waste of my money, I give one chance to an MMO company and when they screw it up its done. I personally feel the MMO communities patience and understanding has only ever been trampled and taken for granted by companies who sell half finished product so they can make some money before abandoning the game to the dredges of the F2P market.

    I smell a lawsuit coming soon. Despite what the EULA says it doesn't cover them 100%. What they are doing is now crossing lines causing people go into over draft. Multiple charges for product, not to mention more than likely fraud along w/ false advertisement. This EULA won't be able to protect them for very long.
    Yeah at this point i can't see how they haven't broken a few laws here and there, sadly i do not have enough legal knowledge to know where, but if they don't goto court for some reason i'd be really shocked.

    Yea it will all snowball before the end of the month..And that give them time they will fix it argument went out the window days ago.As if they even cared we would know by now..This is 2 post smashed together from a forum mod that couldn't even read..

    Never give that info out I don't care to who..that is a security breach in so many ways..Do not respond to that email..They have all the info they need in this matter..I mean you are giving your info to a guy that will probably lose his job in a few months..He writes this info down gets mad after the fire and guess what..In no way should they need to know any of this to fix a billing issue that they messed up....

    It won't be "fixed" as they see the problem is with us as reflected by their older posts being edited to reflect their sudden shift in business ethics.

    I do find charging the full subscription amount, even if only temporary to be a bit ridiculous. This especially screws over people with multiple accounts.

    Lost myself as well, as the clan that are going to go back to WotV until Life is Feudal comes out and hopefully that is as good as it should be with hardcore pvp and content that will make casual gamers run for the hills.

    Yeah War of the Vikings. Its still in early access and it has its own problems but not the company stealing money from you and refusing to provide services paid for. If you get WotV and see people with the OO tag, they are my guys.

    I pre-ordered the game but I promptly returned it, unopened. I had opened a ticket asking why the authorization charge in the amount of a full sub, but kept getting canned responses. Finally, I accused the CSR of either failing to understand my question or circumventing the answer (why is the fee charged before the 30 days free time, and why is it for the full sub amount?). I got a lightning fast reply. The CSR stated flat out that they were not trying to circumvent the answer and that they honestly did not know why the full amount was "pre-authorized". They then gave me a game key for 1 day of time. Well, I re-purchased the game. This time, through the zeni site and I paid with PayPal. My account only shows the $59.99 for the game. They have not withdrawn the "pre-authorizaton" charge as of yet, even though I did set up the monthly sub when I purchased the game.

    I am religiously checking PayPal to see if they have charged me the $14.99, and will keep doing so until I am certain it's not coming out. So far, so good. In my case, ordering from the site directly and paying with PayPal via instant transfer was the answer. Hope this helps someone....

    OH... It is showing a full 30 days on the account, which is probably the 29 plus the complimentary day they gave me...

    yea see why cant they help all the complaints.?I been waiting 4 days, so now I evebn feel more assured they are not wanting to help me as I will bet I put in 4 times the leg work and still on hold over 6 hours and still not a response other then a pasted and copied one..Thanks as ill just handle this in my own manner and get to my bank and cancle my funds going to them, and will have my bank go after the 80 dollars for the game

    I wish I had more insight. :( The only thing I did that may have been different is that I responded to a "How did we do?" from my original ticket with a snotty complaint about the service I received. Seemed to be what did the trick in my case. I hope you hear something very soon.

    I tried to set up my account sub...everytime i tried it said NOT VERIFIED. I then look at my bank account this morning and see 4 different charges for ESO. So now ive got about 60$ in my bank that i cant use. Ive written multiple tickets left messages and was on hold today for 3 hours straight with no respone from anyone.This is not ok in any way and completely inexcusable...i need my money back and no one is helping!!!

    Most sub MMOs did require valid payment information to activate the 30 days, yes. However this is the first one I have seen that required verification of the full amount LONG before the payment would even come out.

    Slightly unrelated, I really wish some company would come out with an MMO that DIDN'T try to force a subscription immediately. Yes, I can simply add the cc, then cancel the sub immediately after activation (which I do EVERY TIME I pay for a month on any MMO). I do not like automated payments. I will not allow automatic payments. I don't even do auto payments with my cell company who I have been with for years. It is far too easy for things to go horribly wrong (as this very situation demonstrates) even unintentionally.

    It is also much easier to keep track of which money is going where if you actually have to manually make the payment. It's 2014, can we stop with the mind games? Please?
