    I'm going back to World of Warcraft. I was really expecting this to blow blizzard out of the water but damn if I wasn't wrong. Between myself and my boyfriend we have wasted a good almost 200 dollars pre ordering and buying this game and all of it's content only to be stuck on the release because we weren't able to budget in the supposed free months of gameplay. Good going guys. You should have stayed with Skyrim as a series ender because man did you **** up this time.

    yea 4 days I been complaing in tickets/emails/directly to devs and now 2 hours 24 min on the phone..NOT ONE response other then a survey or pasted remark.. Wait till they expect to see active subs in may and it comes up a lot shorter then expected..Boss will go why??? LOOK at your forums and all the complaining costumers..You think a email in 3 months begging for me to come back and pay you after this is going to happen??? NO

    hello i have paid for a 30 day subscription but i didn't get a confirmation code with my purchase i used a pre-pay visa debit the account shows that the cash was sent but i did not get nothing for the transaction can you please help! reply reetings!

    I so agree.. wish I did what my friends did and just pay 5 bucks get the code play alittle then go back to the game that is doing it right..What game does it right? Not this one

    No they don't. Usually free game time is included the moment you register your game registration code without asking for any additional information in regards to payment.

    It's on your account page; it seems your beta code is converted to the live code if you were in beta then pre-ordered.
    I pre ordered and was in beta my code has not changed.

    i read the message that said if u pre-ordered ur game from site u would get the 30 days of gaming, apart from the end of early 3 day acess. i was in the early 5 acess. maybe im overreacting cus the game is good n all lol n ima buy a game card asoon as i have the money for it, but if i was to receive a code thru email i havent got it. also they shouldnt add on ur account "30 days remaining" if we cant use the 30 days in the first place. The thing thats buggin me is it says to chose how are you going to pay for gameplay i pay with game pre-paid cards but they asking u to redeem CODE now. thats wuts buggin me. so ill buy a card but im still bugged at all of this lol

    Upon setting up your subscription plan you may see an initial transaction against your account however this transaction is only temporary. The charge represents an authorization check against the account provided and will be removed once the authorization check is complete.

    Exceptions to this general rule are Webmoney, ideal, PaySafeCard, and Giropay.

    here is my conclusion. we where all ripped off by ZOS and now we have to pay an extra $15 dollars just to get to play the game WE ALREADY PAYED $60 FOR! what happened to the 30 days of FREE included game time? where is it? WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT IS FREE! THIS IS A CLAIM MADE BY YOUR COMPANY! YOU SAID WE GET 30 DAYS FREE! NOW ITS $15! WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS! THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR AND NOT WHAT YOU SAID THIS WAS GOING TO BE ZOS!

    There was support article saying the following between April 3rd to 5th. Since then Zinemax has retro edittted EVERYTHING to their new plan. They haven't even bothered to update the time stamp on their Terms of Service (illegal!).

    That is exactly word for word what it said. I collected A LOT of these statements into a word document when this stuff started happening. Though, I don't know which ones I have screenshots for.
    See that is what i read when i first pre ordered and joined this site, nothing about subs first then 30 days free.... lol free its not even free.

    Pretty sure bait and switching is illegal.

    You still have my money tied up Zenimax, how long will it take for you to authorize my $30. Tomorrow I will visit my bank and organise for your authorisation to be cancelled, I wonder if that will void my account ?

    You can not keep my money in limbo.....................

    On a side note I really hope you implement a "view next dev/mod post" feature, scrolling sucks, even at high speed just to check if an official response has been posted or not on the matter.

    Looks like no one from Zenimax is keen to pop in here and give some more clarification to the matter, like when I'm going to have MY money available to ME :\

    I swear Zenimax has broken a few laws by doing this, being Australian i have no idea how laws work in America (do they even have laws after seeing this) i'm sure something must come from all this, there must be some avenue to get these scumbags back.

    And this is also against the law. they will be held responsible for the over draft unless the bank is nice..I am Going to my bank and having them cancel not only the charge for the sub but also the charge for the game..There is a grace period on products that do wrong by the costumer.. Believe its 14-20 days.Will let ya know when I go tomorrow

    I have a problem with the subscription page not working properly and displaying an error so I cannot continue to verify and complete my subscription, even though it has charged me 3 times, yes, 3 freaking times and still doesn't allow me to play. AND the lack of customer support is ridiculous because I have emailed multiple times as well as submitted calls that are STILL unanswered.. *** ridiculous.

    its hardly buy one get one , since u already paid for those 30 when u got the game , so if anything its another 15 on top of what u already paid.

    No offense but they'll only investigate if a lot of people report it. It also depends on how many players are having the issue.

    I did as well today.As I have gotten no help over 4 days and so much work on my part to get this fixed with not even a sorry..Also have a lawyer looking into several ways I can handle this..If I do get banned for helping others I will have a blog up shortly after where I will then post all emails from dozens of players as well as dev responses and pasted messages. Also going to bank in the am to stop payment on the purchase of the game and this buy one get one free scam..WE also have a grace period in buying such lemons
