1. Once you get authorized and the money is returned to you it's available to you.silvestru_liviueb17_ESO wrote: »What i want to know is:
1) Those money retained for "verification" (yeah right) will be available for me again once they verify it? simply YES or NO
2) What happens if now i cancel the subscription plan as they stated that you can cancel it any time once you have done with subscription plan? I mean what happens with those retained amount of money?

This game reminds me a lot of Asheron's Call. A game that i've been paying $14.95/month off and on since 1998 (okay, it was 9.99/month back then). I bring this up as a point, that's also another subscription MMO which requires payment authorizations before playing your first 30 days. And it's one of the oldest! Not every company does it the WoW way (to whom referenced "the biggest MMO out there", for better or for worst.
Don't let the chorus of QQ bring you down. Just remember all the positive people are too busy playing. - or patiently waiting for the game to patch.
You're an idiot. Not everyone can afford to pay the full amount of a sub. I can afford to, but I didn't want to until my next payday when I have less bills to pay.
Grow some common sense dude.
Your calling him an idiot, it says it when you buy it. be it Digital or hard copy.

2. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, BUT if you don't notify ZeniMax 30 days in advance, they can charge you the next month.
Well, this is explicitly written in the Terms of Service... while I understand your point and disagree with them (I have actually disagreed with the ToS and asked for a refun indeed), you can't blame them. People do not read the ToS. Whoever clicked I agree and played the game, actually agreed that ZeniMax can charge like that.Am i really the only person who thinks this is just riping ppl off??? So i need to know i will get bored of game 31 days in advance?????????? Isnt 31 days usually enough to finish all content in mmo? FFS! Zenimax is doing all the hard work for Blizzard, hahahahaa. How sad, how sad indeed.

Its more like paying for a burger, then being told you can't eat it unless you prove you can buy another burger tomorrow while signing a contract that automatically deduct the cost of the 2nd burger being told you can change your mind if you actually want to eat the 2nd one but you'll still be charged anyways for not giving more then 1 days prior notice to not eat it.I will not give my credit card information to an untrustworthy source. There was no indication at the time that I pre-ordered that I would be required to provide my credit card details in order to receive the game time I have already paid for
(It is not free game time, it says on the box that it is included in the purchase, It's like buying a bag of apples and being told you are only paying for half the apples and must purchase another bag of apples to be allowed to eat any of the apples you have already paid for.)
I had all the intention of buying more game time if I enjoyed the game enough, but I will not give my credit card information to this company, and I am not going to buy a game card just to get the 30 days INCLUDED (not free) in my original purchase.

You'll get the money back and put onto your account, just relax. Those that are too scared to put in credit card information, really? You think a company like Zenimax would to get away with stealing hundreds of peoples credit card information. No they wouldn't.
The only thing I agree with in this thread is they should of had Game Cards in stores before the game was even released. Still all you have to do is go and buy a pre paid card, put 15 dollars on there and you're set. People are freaking out because the fine print wasn't read when they clicked that pesky I agree box.
