    That's what most banks seem to be saying : / It's not a validation charge, it's a full charge! Zenimax has been lying and changing their terms without updating the revision dates on their legal documents. Highly bad business and illegal.

    No offense but they'll only investigate if a lot of people report it. It also depends on how many players are having the issue.
    yea and believe me they have a lot..And I go on this with just my guild from another game that all have gone back to..But they did file complaints, they just don't waste there time here like I do, still hoping they will fix it to help the people that can oversee this huge mistake..Me I cant.. I wont even log into the game again as it left the worst taste in my mouth

    What baffles me is that there is no such apologies or accepting responsibility for these actions of double or triple charges of accounts... they just go about their day while stealing from their customers.

    Because they have their hands full with in-game tickets and not enough of a CM team on the forums.

    That's nonsense... If you are about to launch a game the logical thing is to have staff ready for such cases to occur, or at least post something saying that there are problems with it and they are working on it and apologize for the inconvenience... Taking the time to post anything takes 1 lone person and less than a minute. No excuses for these d-bags!

    You are forgetting this is Zenimax who was never heard of before ESO and this is their first MMO. Hence why I said, they are inexperienced.Kinda pissed that I can get my Imperial Edition refunded since I bought the physical copy and Gamestop doesn't take PC game returns. I'm however just being smart and not subscribing.

    There hands full isn't my problem..That is theres..They made amint off a half finished game, understaffed or interns is not my fault..They need to hire people that can do the job and sorry it don't look like that was the case period..Shoot all the downtime didn't you see we couldn't even get help from someone in NA we hoped for the germen or French guy to give us a pasted response that was just during the 14 hr oops downtime..Then there has been 63 pages here and another thread that a forum mode decided to combine that was a whole different issue.Can we keep giving them excuses ?this is not 1990 and a new idea..

    You should receive an email. Please keep in mind that there can be a delay between when we send the response and when your email server will get it, but your ticket definitely will be addressed as soon as possible.

    A day later my email is still empty, no emails ever arrived, what is the turn around for support? and the delay seems to be way too long.

    I don't disagree there, but if they had any brains or business knowledge at all they would know better and justify their actions... nope, just frauds. My account has been charged, not pending, charged 3 times for something that I can't even use... Absolute frauds.

    I know where your coming from but like I said Zenimax is very inexperienced and that will only end up hurting them in the long run. The people that subscribed probably don't know about this or don't care. The people that know about it however since this issue is already being spoken about on many Game Review websites. This however will end up hurting them in the long run and will probably result in their billing department being chewed out by their higherups. Only way I'm going to give Zenimax my support is if they acknowledge the problem, acknowledge their billing department screwed up in terms of the ToS and gives everyone their 30 days free properly.

On 4/3/14 it was still stated that subscription would not be required to be set up until AFTER the 30 days was up. They changed that on 4/7/14 to say subscription setup is required to play the purchased product. I believe late 4/3/14 they started this crusade to get more money from people and it has seriously backfired.

    I agree, I look at everything in terms of announcements when I play MMOs and the early access said nothing about a subscription required to set up before they grant you the 30 days of free time but afterwards. It was this way in WoW where you were given the free month and then were forced to set up a subscription if you wanted to start playing.

    yea calling isn't the way to go..Think they have like one person answering the phones..But I have 4 more battieries and well this is there last chance to make me happy..From what I hear thou no one able to help anyone thur the phone as there the same pasted answersBut I will let everyone here know how it goes on this phone as well as with my bank and forcing a refund..

    Well i must go to town tomorrow, if they don't fix my issues by then i'm going to get a refund, the EB games staff already said i can get one so i'm cool that way.

    I just enjoyed the game and all but after how they've treated me and ignored me, i will just feel disgusted with myself if i don't get the refund.

Then when they don't we will fire all the low level devs so I can get a fat bonus still even though my game is failing!

    yea this is why I will never buy a digital copy.. In all my years of gaming I always got a hard copy.But after my old age and thinking ordering right from them was a no risk thing( my epic fail).. I would also have just gone and returned as my gamestop does that as well.

    I bought this in hopes to try it before committing myself to it, since i get "30 FREE days!(*)", but I doubt this will happen unless enough of us feel the same way. If they refuse to give those 30 "free" days, I'd be hoping they remove that from their retail copy box print, for their sake.

    I smell a lawsuit coming soon. Despite what the EULA says it doesn't cover them 100%. What they are doing is now crossing lines causing people go into over draft. Multiple charges for product, not to mention more than likely fraud along w/ false advertisement. This EULA won't be able to protect them for very long.
