    There was support article saying the following between April 3rd to 5th. Since then Zinemax has retro edittted EVERYTHING to their new plan. They haven't even bothered to update the time stamp on their Terms of Service (illegal!).

    That is exactly word for word what it said. I collected A LOT of these statements into a word document when this stuff started happening. Though, I don't know which ones I have screenshots for.

    how many hours did you wait? and was a good outcome given..I will either take a refund of the 80 dollars( digital here) or my billing date to reflect the 6th not the forth..But if not either ill take the 80 dollar lose and never look back till its f2p no matter what they offer from now till then

    I agree with the OP. It's very wrong that we are forced to either authorize a recurring subscription or purchase another game time code in order to play a game that supposedly included 30 days of play time.

    Overall, I've been pretty vocal in my support for ESO and the subscription model, but this stunt has me rethinking that position. I shouldn't have to enter this stuff in order to get to play time that I have already paid for. Can I expect the same treatment when my credit card expires later this year (i.e. you don't get to play what you've already paid for until you give us your new card info)?

    Yea that's a good joke isn't it? STILL waiting for a call back, email...SOMETHING FFS. So, I'm about to just say *** on it and demand a refund.

    @mccobleb14_ESO Try pre-paid VISA/Mastercard if they are available and Internet explorer. Should work.

    Otherwise, it took them a few days to deal with my ticket because they are obviously swamped. Maybe they do the copy pastes to people when they are being rude, or something, because the CSR's were nice in my experience.
    People have tried them and they are claiming they do not work, i was going to use this method of payment but too many customers have said they do not work.

    P.s. i've been trying to get support for 4 or 5 days now, was told to expect an email shortly and a day later nothing has arrived, i've tried everything to get help and received none, i guess the only thing left is to get my refund tomorrow.

    I bought a game I can't play. I understand the subscription issue, but I read they will work with you and thats not the case. :|
