I cant agree more..I don't really care about the time or money ect.I am not screaming refund nothing( even thou if I was offered a refund I would gladly take it at this point). They really have been the worst in all my gaming years..And I was there march 19th 1999 for the worst software release ever, and well I was way happier how pr and billing and shhot even ole George handled it..Never did I think a company would care so little about the people that will keep them going..Fanboys don't help keep a company running..GAMERS doits not I don't have the money I have a lot..
but its the way they try too take it from me I don't like
I just got a mail from them "Greetings, Adventurer!

Yea that's a good joke isn't it? STILL waiting for a call back, email...SOMETHING FFS. So, I'm about to just say *** on it and demand a refund.
People have tried them and they are claiming they do not work, i was going to use this method of payment but too many customers have said they do not work.ProsaicProse wrote: »@mccobleb14_ESO Try pre-paid VISA/Mastercard if they are available and Internet explorer. Should work.
Otherwise, it took them a few days to deal with my ticket because they are obviously swamped. Maybe they do the copy pastes to people when they are being rude, or something, because the CSR's were nice in my experience.
and thats why i never played that game...i dislike you zenimax! The pending transaction has now become a posted transaction, meaning they have completed the transaction and taken money from my account. So much for 30 days of playtime with purchase. Welcome to World of Warcraft folks.
thought you where talking to someone???what happened?deerengsmithb14_ESO wrote: »i tryed to use a pre paid and n time added to my account they took the cash but no time!
