    How is it possible that Zenimax have their head in the sand and in their ass at the same time?

    I too am still being ignored by customer service on this issue.
    48 hours no closer to resolving the problem.....

    I don't even want to waste my time playing as I know after my now 26 days are up I will just leave and wait for f2p..When a company leaves this bad of a taste in your mouth, I sorta tend to spit it out..Great game, but it takes more then that to keep it running..

    yea several tickets/emails/and I directly messaged a dev..NOTHING this is day 4

    I've said it before and I'll say it again: gamers are the whiniest little *** on the planet. You shouldn't be paying $60 - 80 for a game if you don't have $15 in your account. If you can't understand that concept that's your own fault. As for the authorization, that's a credit card thing not a Zenimax thing. Buy something online and that will happen, period. It's how the world works. That's not the game's fault. That's your fault for being horrible with your money and having crappy prioritizing abilities.

    Hey numbnuts perhaps YOU ought to be learning about how budgets work. I BUDGETED 79.99 for the game to include 30 days of FREE game time. When I get paid I allocate an extra amount goes into another account in which I allow for "entertainment". This is to include my Playstation plus sub, movies, game purchases, ect. No where in there did it include a HIDDEN charge of an extra 15 bucks. Bottom line is you (and all the other *** out there saying this is the norm) is that it says POINT EFFING BLANK. Holding free game time ransom b/c they want to suck up an extra 14.99 from people is just plain wrong, a bad company model, and honestly if they keep this bullcrap up this this game will be F2P before the first year.

    I have a code for the game, and money in my bank account, but I can't get past the subscription step of registering the game. I've tried support multiple times and the only help i received for over a day now was a useless generic info email at 3am. I finally found your phone number through a Reddit site(its 855-296-3170 everyone), and have been on call waiting for multiple hours. Someone needs to contact me so I can play this game I've paid money for or I'm going to flip

    since last friday we all have a same problem.
    i already sent 3 mails ( 2 of them to developper and 1 to CS) that I DECIDE TO NOT PLAY THAT GAME wiith this policy.
    im demandig to be fully refunded of my purchase ASAP.
    still waiting for answer.
    really loved that game but i dont wanna play anymore...

    I don't know if its true that some of the people even got the help from CS they claimed to have or not, but thats fantastic if its true, but some of us have been sitting here unanswered.
    Yea a few people in my guild said they gave them 3 days on there account as credit and fixed this issue..But is it only a select few?? nothing from a dev unless on a personal basis ???They asked for my name and my date of birth WHAT I send a ticket in and you need to get to know me???Simple look at my billing date it is plain and simple, you don't need to bring in a genius in to solve my issue..But I figure like I did with another game, I will get my fun from the game when it is f2p and I don't have to support the bad billing and PR.. there is a few games I already play that will wash away the 80 dollar sting for 3 days of play time..Shame thou, I really liked the game..

    Thank you for the # .But I think if it comes to sitting on hold for hours of your time is the only way to get help then well that's not good..Again we already payed for the game.What we will keep paying is for the work and support that we receive.If this is a sign of whats to come, well that's not good at all..

    i know that i will not play another Zenimax game after this! once this game is out dated or if i get to play at all, thank you zenimax you have ruined the elderscrolls in all its glory i wonder if this is why bethesda and zenimax were in court a wile back!

    Yea and they closed another thread.and told to come here that was pretty long to with no responses..I got copies of others emails, dev responses, all time stamped and ready for my next action..Yea I will leave but they will know why

    yes I have a few of these and thank you as I will add this to my already piling response from devs/emails and forums.. I have also made my mind up to not log in or support this team.. But I am hoping to help others that are over looking there grave mistakes. Me I just cant over look mistakes that people aren't willing to fix or properly address and then support them in anyway ..Even alittle sorry we will look into it is better then nothing, they still haven't figured that out.. Sad that it takes a great loss in there revenue before they might do anything??? That will be to late for many of us..I wont accept a email that says come back please we will give you a vanity pet blah blah in 90 days when they are barely keeping the game afloat.

    Woah... What company brushes off someone who quits like that? That's cold/harsh : / Still that was Bethesda and despite their name on the game, they aren't too involved on this.

    I was still charged 15 dollars, there is literally 15 dollars missing from my bank account and my game account only says I only have 26 days left. If it was a temp hold it should have been taken care of by now it's been 4 days. So what's up with this? Are you guys going to give us our extra 30 days or now?

    I actualy got in now, they did send me a code for 1 day so I could redeem my code and start to play.
    happy about that offcourse, but at same time, this thing should never have happend in the first place.

    Also there is other more legal routes one can take in this matter.Just because they got the money for the game don't mean that's it. that you mean nothing..I have contacted several 3rd parties in this matter and have passed over the info as well as what has happen and continues to happen..Believe me they cant get away with anything these days if we all file complaints and go thur the right channels..I will save ya alittle time.Nothing here will get done, take it the BBB and if ya have any friends in the law field contact them as well. I can also send the compiled emails with it stated from devs/ can give you calls that state they have no clue..and I can also show directly contacting a dev that will not respond at all..All this in 4 days..Give me another week and wait till ya see what a angry old man with lots of time can do )

    hello really idiot firend. i called you idiot but it is not enough according to your behaviour and writing style!
    i have enough money to pay 10 years of subscription.
    we are not talking about budget here. maybe some of us planned to pay 15$ to the next monht budget but the problem is, they sold that game with 30 days of game time then they force us to pay or prove to the next month payment for be able to use said 30 days.
    that is the problem. if u dont understand, i can explain with some other simple words.
