yea several tickets/emails/and I directly messaged a dev..NOTHING this is day 4How is it possible that Zenimax have their head in the sand and in their ass at the same time?
I too am still being ignored by customer service on this issue.

I don't know if its true that some of the people even got the help from CS they claimed to have or not, but thats fantastic if its true, but some of us have been sitting here unanswered.

Yea and they closed another thread.and told to come here that was pretty long to with no responses..I got copies of others emails, dev responses, all time stamped and ready for my next action..Yea I will leave but they will know why1.8K comments and no response from the staff ????? brazen face maybe !!
yes I have a few of these and thank you as I will add this to my already piling response from devs/emails and forums.. I have also made my mind up to not log in or support this team.. But I am hoping to help others that are over looking there grave mistakes. Me I just cant over look mistakes that people aren't willing to fix or properly address and then support them in anyway ..Even alittle sorry we will look into it is better then nothing, they still haven't figured that out.. Sad that it takes a great loss in there revenue before they might do anything??? That will be to late for many of us..I wont accept a email that says come back please we will give you a vanity pet blah blah in 90 days when they are barely keeping the game afloat.Not sure if that's why.
