It's important for those who don't care about them too, they just don't know it! Lots of guilds look at trophies before accepting members. Trade guilds will to make sure new applicants aren't bots and trial guilds to check progress. I've knows players too that like to check out trophies to back up claims being made.

The people who use trophies the most aren't necessarily the people who've earned them.

I literally do not care about seeing trophies. I'm almost certain no one else in this thread cares about seeing trophies. We care about the trophies we have earned in this game carrying over no matter the version. It doesn't alleviate any of the concerns because the concerns are not about "seeing" other people's trophies.

These were the issues I was referring to that hopefully the knowledge I shared would help with some immediate concerns. Just because you don't look at trophies doesn't mean others aren't concerned about it. I never once suggested it fixed everything or was an acceptable replacement. Just because some people don't care about this, doesn't mean nobody does.

What did I give them? Not spending a single $ on this freezing so called enhanced lag fest. Just improving my psn profile. Cancelled sub 3 weeks ago. There will be maintenance in my wallet.

After I plated, it will be deleted and forgotten, only the memory of the in my opinion worst game company with customer unfriendly environment will remain. Before I look at another game of theirs I will gladly buy an EA title like Fifa and waste my money every year on that for all eternity.

If they wanted one customer less then yes I guess they won.

We're creeping up on 20 days since Console Enhanced went live for PlayStation 5, and our only updates have been "We'll think about looking into it" and "No update currently."

The only PS4 trophy I need for platinum is Emperor which is too time consuming for me to have considered doing before. Amazingly I've got a couple of days to myself just as the campaign is ending where I could've gone for it.

Only I can't.

Because the only way to get the platinum would be to go back to the PS4 version and I can't bring myself to downgrade again for something that's not my fault. I can never get it on PS5 because there's no way to earn trophies like level or main quest ones, because I already have 18 characters that have already done it.

If I get emp now it'll forever sit there as a reminder of what I can never have.

It's depressing that I now have more reasons not to do content than to play a game that I've loved for years

Honestly, it's actually pretty damn upsetting to look through my trophies on PS4 and know that I have to do ALL that work all over again - all the base game, all the DLCs, all of it, just to get to the same thing on PS%. Especially the few DLCs that I have only one or two trophies to clean up for 100%.

Why should we have to downgrade our version of the game in order to complete our trophy lists and not have to redo Every. Single. Thing. from scratch? @ZOS_SarahHecker? @ZOS_GinaBruno? Bueller? ANYONE?

Can anyone from ZoS answer us that? When pretty much every other game with a next gen upgrade has ported the trophy list over?

This just feels like a punishment for having put so much time and effort into the game on an """"old"""" version.

Absolutely insane ZOS cant take such a minimal amount of time and effort to fix an issue that matters so much to the PSN playerbase. They already track your achievements ingame so how hard could it be to check for trophies on login. ridiculous

If they don't solve the trophy issue, I will never play again. I think not only the server room caught fire but the other sections as well. Noticed a lot more complaints recently.
Performance is bad, 1 maintenance after another on other platforms, PvP balance doesn't exist, endeavours are just a placebo to make people believe that they don't have to gamble with real money, lots of new bugs, PlayStation left in the dust....

Just a horrible situation overall, not just recently but for years.
All PS users wanted were their trophies and stable performance --> the basics, that we expected when we bought the game.

There must be so many casuals only playing for housing, role-playing or overland stories otherwise I can't tell why anyone would spent any money on this game. 🤔 Even EA loot boxes seem more decent this days.

It's actually quite upsetting there is not a lot of people that actually care about this. Probably why they won't do anything. Not sure I want to give up on PS and let them push me exclusively onto my PC account. I'd rather wait until another mmo releases in August and give that one my time instead.

I would very much like to see the post ... well, at least - "We have transmitted information, we are working", or "We will not change anything, this is not part of our plans." To create, at least some sense of certainty.

And so we sit and wait and it is not even clear whether they will answer or not, but I have the impression that they will not answer any more ...

There have actually been a couple of posts from them here. The first was along the lines of "we're looking at it and will let you know if it changes." The other was just telling us there was no news yet.

I can certainly understand the motive. It is like a diary of what you have done, and often when you have done it. It is something that the player can reflect on, and share with others socially.

What are you not understanding? Ps4 list 30% with hardest trophies, Ps5 list 0%.... Took only 300 hours...

I can't continue to complete the ps4 list if I play the ps5 version, which means I can't earn the platin trophy which you only get if you complete 1 whole list.

Why play the worst optimised version I have ever seen if there is an improved version?

What's there not to understand? It's a basic feature... If it was the other way around Xbox or steam players would cry here...

It's no a must but why leave sth incomplete? Your grandpa collects coins, stickers and I collect trophies. It's a hobby and I don't want it to be ruined by ZoS/Sony. Comitted hundreds of hours in my free time to get some trophies but if I knew ZoS's plans before I wouldn't have bought the game at all on ps5. Would have just casually played a few hours on PC or played league of legends.

Oh there's is a market for sure, I think there are some whales that would pay a lot to get an acc with hundreds of platins.

But that's not the point it's fun for me and also to show off. There are some really hard challenges out there. Plus the game itself will never be forgotten.

Who is feeling forced?? I simply want to collect them because I can and it's a great feeling to 100% a game. I would rather say people that don't care can't get them because they are not good enough or because they don't want to commit. These people buy a lot of different games but finish none.
That's wasted time,effort and money.

In my opinion a game was really worth your money plus time when you enjoyed and completed it. Same with puzzles, why stop half way?
Trophies give some games a reason to play them at all. For example I hate linear games, with out trophies I wouldn't be able to enjoy them and also not to justify buying them because I would play them once and forget them.
