Does a relog clear it? I've had a weird error sometimes where I can't get new mail "because my mailbox is full" (it's not), but this appears only sometimes and usually clears if I log out and back in again. (PC/EU+NA)

No, relog does not make it go away. been in and out many times, it's still there...

Just started hitting this bug as well! Relog doesnt seem to do anything. Disappointing that it's still an issue after 7 months.

I also just got this bug on my main account insists an empty mail box is full. I am missing a mail to tell me one of my trader bids was refunded, and I seem to have 4 unread mail, but no way to read them.

I have changed locations many times, it still insists the mail box is full. My mail box is never full. I have quit the game at the moment hopefully when I log back on later it would have fixed itself.

Eh, I have this issue for first time I disabled all addons but it change nothing. I make 1-2 million of gold by trader weekly, I can't lost this mails

EDIT: After 15 minutes it works again, I reactivated it by canceling some items and I get mails with them, but didn't get this mysterious 2 e-mails - don't know if they even were real or this was some weird bug...

I have also encountered this bug. I am concerned I am missing mails now, as the number shows a count, when I log out and back in the count is gone, but it still says my mailbox is full and I need to delete some mail. Concerned that I've lost mail with gold from guild store sales. This problem has been mounting for about a month now, and it seems its reached the point where I cannot receive much new mail at all (few mail and my box is full). I've had a bunch of valuable items listed in guild stores, and I am not sure how many of them I actually received the sale mails for, and how much gold I have potentially lost here...

I have a differen't but related issue. The travelling to another zone issue to get your mail seemed to be fixed a while back but more recently, now I get a notification I have received mail and can see the quantity of mail I have but still need to switch zones now to get the mail again.

Having the same issue. My mailbox is empty but I receive the message it is full and to delete mail. Please fix.

This is the same for me. I'm getting an audio notification saying I have mail and the mail icon even flashes but there's no mail there. The audio notification happens everytime I change zones, instances and sometimes even when actually getting mail the notification will play twice. After I clear the new mail, the notification continues to happen. This happens on all of my characters but my main is Jaysun Umbra on NA.

I also got this issue today - "mailbox full, delete some to receive more" when my mailbox was in fact empty - I have ZERO player mails and ZERO system mails.

Logging out and logging in fixed it and allowed me to receive the two missing mails (crafting supplies from my crafting skills) but this should not be happening.

Happening to me today as well.

I had 9 mails in my inbox when I closed the game last night. Today I logged into one new one, for ten total - a clothing hireling. The other four are missing, and I have the "mailbox full" notification.

I can't tell if the server is just being overloaded and not delivering the hireling mails properly, or whether there are 62+ hidden mails in my inbox I can't access.

Last time it was acknowledged was 10 months ago, but it seems this recent patch has reintroduced the bug again.

I also had this error today, it sent 3 mails from hirelings initially and then said my inbox was full. I deleted all 3 of them and reloaded ui but that didn't help - Luckily for me relogging worked and the rest showed up after I logged back in.

try logging in on another toon i got friend to do this and mail box cleared then. i dont know if it helps any other players but try it as it may work for you also

I was just logging in to get my 5 provisioning mails and there are 2 "unread" mails in my thing, but I open the mailbox and everything is empty saying my mailbox is "full".
