Isnt true .... of ? How can that be That we have more then 24 Hours maintenance in 1 week???? Something goes realy wrong, and no Information to the Player base why!!! Second time in the row you extend.... pffffff , and in 3 hours you extend again like Last time???

    And again, only PS4 servers are affected. Pc and xbox are open for more than two hours by now. But, what's worse: again no communication.

    Losing some alloys now 'cause I bet ZOS won't [Snip] it up twice in a row. [snip]

    You'd think especially after last week we might get a bit of communication.

    The annoying thing is when things like this happen for PC during events they get it extended, we don't even get a mention

    Yet again ZOS extend the PS maintenance window.
    I spend money to have this game available and so far have lost over 20 hours of playtime in the last month.
    This is unacceptable and if this continues I will be asking for a refund, due to the lack of a fit for purpose product.

    2) if playstation were "second hand", they wouldn't spend as much maintenance time on them. (more maintenance time = more maintenance costs + less income from players. So extended maint costs them more money. That's not what you do for your "second hand" product)

    Yep both PC and Xbox servers have been up for over 2 hours, not losing much time grinding for boxes. While PS gets another extended maintenance. Not impressed.

    It would seem your testing prior to patching is a bit on the lacking side, If this was a bank, then you'd be out of business due to the inadequate testing that should highlight issues. Also a lack of a plan B is evident in that you have to extend rather than revert to prior state and resolve issues before another roll out.

    You guys realize it has nothing to do with being playstation right? If it was ready to go the servers would be back up. They are not artificially extending maintenance because of platform.
    The servers that usually get the most trouble are EU servers and they have had extended down periods more than any other servers on all platforms. When everything is ready they will be up. It's not a conspiracy

    Feel this game now more offline then online evrytime im free from work this game down, last time extenden and today extenden. Paid member fee since i start play this game in 2015 from day 1 it come to ps4, soon i think loyal players should been rewarded, but i guess its only free players never pay member fee be rewarded with a free monts with evry new dlc open. When have loyal players been rewarded with something. . ?

    This has been a issue long before the purchase by Microsoft. Once again though, you pay Sony for access to ESO, this is on Sony to provide quality service.

    Computers can break more than once in a week. Servers are computers, and the cloud runs on servers.
