Just remove the damage... 500 dps is useless anyway.... then there is more space in the power budget to keep the defensive side useful... because thats what this is... a DEFENSIVE set, so why bother with useless sub par damage as well?
@LeHarrt91 if you were running iceheart for the damage you're doing it wrong.
Grothdarr is just better.
They could remove the damage entirely from Iceheart and it would still be a great set.
The shield size reduction I'm fine with.
The cool down destroys it.
100% nailed it. If a defensive set isn't reliable then it's useless.

It had a really useful, specific niche. It was a fantastic tool for learning new content until you got used to it and could optimise with an out and out damage option. It wasn't breaking leaderboards, didn't seem to be causing noise with PvP players but it was helping newer players on people setting foot into tougher dungeons or trials. It did, however, commit the cardinal sin of making the new shiny thing look not shiny.
