Kinda want it but not with that furnishing limit. It would have to be about twice the normal size for me to consider it.

    Thanks for the preview though.

Too much sand dust to enjoy it and the item limit as always is a problem.

    *sigh*

How long has the community been asking for a Thieve's Den type housing - and of course it's an enormous manor that will undoubtedly be crowns only...

Thank you for sharing though, I don't mean to be an Eeyore. :)

That is going to need WAY more than a 700 item limit...

    a) where are those located (what zones)?
    b) are we assuming both are $ and not gold?

The sandstorm in Thieves' Oasis does not happen all the time. During my instance of this house, it was bright and sunny and no sandstorm at all, so the weather does change.

Also, a lot of the windows on this one on the outside does not match their placement on the inside, and that drove me nuts.
Far too many characters to list any more.

Oh man. It’s beautiful! This is pretty much everything I wished for and more.

...cliff with waterfall, sand, clean(!) water, JOSHUA TREES!! (I hope so much that this means we can purchase them too soon?.. even if CS only.. I need those)...

    BUT.

It’s so huge! Just impossible to furnish up to satisfaction.
So many of those great spots it offers, would have to be sacrificed - the desicions would drive me mad!

I‘ve been looking and waiting for suitable houses - or empty plots - for two dream custom build projects:
a house nestled into a cliff (does anyone know if you can actually build up that rocky area where the waterfall comes from, or does it have invisible walls/ceiling?).. and the second, a very modern looking desert house with water features.
So this also looks like it could work great for both projects - but only very frustratingly so, within the current furnishing limit.
You‘re tearing me apart, ZOS!! :s

(However, if it‘s going to be one of those ridiculously expensive CS exclusive, limited time only things, it‘s a hard pass anyway. This type of time-pressure-marketing won‘t get my financial support.)

Thank you so much for the video tour, Zypheran!

    Gratefully,

They really don’t listen to feedback. How many times have we told them that these houses. Are way to big considering the item limit we have. What do they do? They give us a entire town

Thanks for the tour. That Thieves Den place looks as if it could be made into a town...were it not for those pesky item caps.

I like the Forgemaster place more than I expected to...might be tempting.

I think the feedback both here and on the PTS housing feedback thread is very consistant -
Lovely house but too big to furnish with 700 items.
I really wish ZOS would take this feedback onboard... its very frustrating!

    Exactly.
I mean, if you buy this house, you'll have to pay what, $80-100? For this price, it's ridiculous to not be able to furnish it properly. If it's 100% impossible to increase slot limits, they why not to make smaller manors? They can still be fancy, but people will have much less troubles furnishing them.
I'm just so upset, I love the idea of this house, but I'd need to block off a lot of space to decorate it.

    Thank you for the tour!

My main complaint isn't even the item limit but the interior rooms. I love how the exterior looks, a small forgotten village in an equally forgotten part of the desert - but then you step inside and enter into two very large very posh rooms. I thought the amount of exterior doors leading into one room was odd in the Snowglobe home but this tops it.

Additionally - though that might just be me - I really like the shabby interiors in Abah's Landing. The tiny apartments with peeling plaster and small shelves inside the walls. I would have much prefered these kinds of interiors ... and with less spacious rooms, the 700 items maybe wouldn't feel so utterly insufficient either.

I like the scenery, but unlike with precipitation, sandstorms are not usually blocked by items with collision... which makes it difficult to build custom structures outside. It is nice to see that the floorplans of the indoor spaces feel more usable though! Less long hallways to single rooms, more breaks in the open space and even little nooks.

I do like the interiors, but with the town-like feel outside, I had expected all the doors to lead to small, individual dwellings and not just one large house on each side.

I'm just hoping that one day, we get something in Hew's Bane that's a reasonable size (yes, I know this house is in Bankorai).

I really love the Thieves Oasis and can't find criticism for it. I have to agree though, would love also to have a small or medium apartment in the sewers connected to the thieves guild with secret tunnels in Hews Bane.
I'd also love an Inn room in clockwork city.

I sort of wished I had passed in Potentate’s Retreat after seeing this, but there is something other than the housing slots that would limit me - the lack of adequate purple Redguard furnishing plans. It would cost a ton of gold to pick up enough to furnish this properly. Redguard plans are so highly sought after and highly priced (at least on PS4).

I'll say here what I said in the thread about the item limit:

I really like the look and the layout of Thieves' Oasis.

    But...

It's basically two huge houses with an even larger outdoors - but only 700 item slots.

Why does ZOS keep thinking that we want bigger and bigger houses? Why is it so impossible to make each of the seperate houses a seperate instance each with the 700 slots? Why should I spend money on something that I can only use a fraction of?

And the sandstorm does bother me, since it also goes through rocks, houses and trees. You can't block it... >.<

I'm not impressed at all. Nothing unique in this manor - "ancient" part have been seen many times in a classical zones, the dwelling are boring and the whole house a way too bloated. Something like 'Hew's mane' with a roof outdoor would be much more interesting

I wish the interior shared the general aesthetic of the exterior. It looks really jarring to go from the dusty/worn/broken exterior to a perfectly preserved posh house. I really like the look of the exterior. If I was ever going to build in a place like this I would probably block off both interiors completely and just build outside.

Having said that, this place is far too massive for the furnishing limit. 700 items for a place this size is a joke. It would need to be at least double that.
