FPS Drops in Cyrodiil (and PvE)

Since the release of the last DLC i often struggle with FPS drops in Cyrodiil and in general.

The PC setup is decent 4GHz CPU (not sure which Intel CPU exactly as i'm not at home), GTX 1060, 32GB RAM.

First, i didn't think much about it. Having some FPS drops in the new area during an event seemed like something to expect. Yet, even out of prime time i'm getting huge frame drops in PvE areas and I do not see many players around or anything else that could cause this.

What even bothers me more is the fact, that i do get these FPS drops in PvP (Cyrodiil). And I'm not the only one. All group members are complaining. We often get the FPS drops at the same time. Sometimes one part of the group, one time the other part of the group.

I disabled all AddOns to ensure that this isn't caused by any addon and that this is the "normal" behavior of the client. And still, the same issues. My FPS are normally between 25 (big fights) up to 70 (riding somewhere outside of a keep without many players around). When the FPS drops hit, i'm down to 10 FPS.

This happens very often, like a few times all 5 minutes or even more... I consider this to be a huge performance issue as the game doesn't feel fluent at all anymore.

Furthermore, it wouldn't make any sense that the server load or the event is causing this, as FPS are a pure client side issue (unless the game is in a really bad shape).

Memory management overhaul
The major work for this game code is complete, and it is now in public testing on the ESO PTS. We’re fixing bugs as they arise. This is on track for release with Update 24.
Through internal testing, the team uncovered a few additional smaller memory-related subsystems that we can also optimize/improve. Work for that has begun and will be completed for Update 25.

Memory Management Overhaul
In this update, we’ve implemented a new memory pooling system to reduce memory fragmentation. This fundamentally changes how we handle memory use in ESO, and will improve your experience by significantly reducing the chance of crashing from running out of memory. You may also notice a minor FPS improvement due to a reduction of load in peak memory use situations, such as when lots of other players or effects are in an area.

Could it be that you've messed something up here? Or in any other part that could cause this?
Could you please start to investigate this? If this is a new performance issue I hope will look at it immediately and don't waste month to fix it with update 26+.

Has anyone else experienced major FPS drops since the launch of the last DLC? Especially in Cyrodiil?

After U24 got exacly what U talking about. Every 3-5 min farme rate goes down for few seconds. Doesnt matter if its empty area or not. Seems like more at Cyro than PvE zones.

After emergency sunday patch instead of fps drops ive got now freezes like 3-10s game is just stopped.

When i do dummie test inside the guild house, in morning when few players online, my fps drop Always to 10-20, from 60 fps i pass to 41-45....i would like to know why?... and its not about addons coz remove all addons give you 3-5 fps more.
