They have access to everything they need with a faq, motd and socializing in the guild channel. Totally imho btw.

2 of the accounts thqt got banned i rarely if ever send guild mails from and they still got banned. I typically send them all from one account and if that one qas the only one banned after 40-60 mails i would understand but when i moved acco ts and tried to send the mail again that account was banned withing the same amount of mails.

Congrats on your successful guild and like you i try to minimize mails but this issue goes beyond that and extends to a lack of communication after 4 days and zero responses to tickets

Sorry to hear that, I hope they get that resolved for you soon. Nothing is worse than being down and out when you still need to do guild upkeep.

Last time a Addon caused a problem in my game was during events, Auto Loot keep me from receiving Tickets, so i mailed ZoS and they said they don't support Addons and couldn't do nothing for me, they only put instruction in how to delete all my Addons, so you can guess what they will say

The lack of communication lately is just baffling. It’s almost like a swarm of lawyers from the parent company swooped in and banned everyone at ZOS from ever commenting on anything at all, because any comment—no matter how innocuous—can always be twisted and used against you. Well, to some extent this is true, but there is a good reason why successful companies don’t let the lawyers run the business. You would have no customers. You have to talk to your customers.

Hope it gets fixed soon lordhakai. I have been social banned a couple of times over the last couple of years for sending out harmless emails which I do maybe once or twice a quarter if that. It is hard enough managing a Guild with the very limited tools we have available and ZoS love to make it harder, which is interesting as you would think they would want to encourage the Guild Leaders who support the Community vibe in the game but nope.

Lord Hakai is one of my Guild Masters and I am upset (to put it mildly) that you have not only banned him, once but TWICE! This is harassment of a known and well respected GM. This MUST stop. IF you have changed the allowances for certain notifiers to access guild information, it is incumbent on YOU to alert the GMs, not theirs to find out after they get socially banned. I expect a lot more than this from you.

tips, dont use following things in your mailings:

* numbers in combination with the word gold, money and so on
* badwords
* links, also discord (www., http, https are the triggers most likely here - try without them)

i sent mailings with sgt, also recently, also in 2 guilds, no problems. looking in the past from mails other got banned for, usually its not the mails, the frequency or the amount but using triggerwords.

edit:
i am pretty serious about that, check your mail, maybe you can send it and i will check it for possible triggers, if needed. i am mailing since years (past 3 500ppl guilds, atm 2 500 ppl guilds) and never got a social ban, also last week and week before i guess something aroundish. people using same tools, but people getting different results means not the tool is the problem, but the content of the mails.

While I may not be that fond of Hakai given he typically chooses very immature moderators and officers, doesn't police or take accountability well, and stole my gold once when I left a guild he was in rather than returning the raffle or whatever...

Even so, that doesn't mean he should be receiving suspensions for typical guild duties, and that's not really fair.

Given he was able to remove it and then have it reapplied it sounds more like they're watching his account after a suspension goes through for any further activity of the same. This isn't an unknown feature in programs after a suspension, you become "flagged". A social ban would prob make me leave the game so thank goodness I've never had that.

I've used Godsend though not recently but within a few weeks and i can say it worked for me, even though I mentioned Discord, mentioned numbers, had a big post, and sent it to 499 people, 60 of which had mail boxes full.

The officers in the guild I manage have also been able to use it so I'm not seeing any problems just yet.

As a result @lordhakai you probably won't have much resolution unless they erase whatever history they have on your suspended accounts that makes them so quickly re-suspended. Better to task a different member to do it for you.

I have also been socially banned like @lordhakai and cannot send mail, trade with another player or access any guilds including my own and I cannot make bids for a kiosk. It has been almost 2 weeks since this happened and I have received no resolve from the ticket that I sent in. 191101-003356 PLEASE HELP

I am a GM and I used Shissu to send mail to only 30 members and I got banned for it. I have played the game from the beginning and have be banned twice before but it was very different then. The first time I had sent around 500 mails to members and sent in a ticket and it was resolved within two days. The second time I was banned, I had mailed to all members of the guild and it resolved itself by morning without even sending in a ticket.

Third party add-ons only use the APIs made available by ZOS. ZOS itself encourages people using "third party addons to circumvent the game". This was hotly debated when the game launched, I myself refused to install add-ons for the first six months or so because I felt it encouraged ZOS ignoring the flaws in its default UI, but that matter is all but settled - ZOS will only ever provide you the most basic of UI features. Anything on top of that is left for add-ons if you're lucky enough to play on PC/Mac.

I don't believe it is being maintained and so is out of date on allowed perimeters. I use God Send Too for my mass mails to my guild. It is also possible one of your members hit the report button.

I am now on my SECOND social ban. The first time was 7 months ago. Neither time was I using an addon when the ban happened, eventhough I use Shissu's guild tools addons all the time for years to send mails each week without any problem. I was mailing one at a time the old-fashioned way, checking the guild members' sales and figured how much gold they'd deserved to get back and took time to make the proper adjustments, so no way was I going incredibly fast with mails though I was trying to get it done ASAP.

This happened BOTH times when was sending these gold mails. It's not the entire guild maybe about 70-100 mails to people once a month.

This time I didn't even get halfway through. I can't use my guild bank or the guild store for my own guild in addition to being able to send mails. Though people are mailing me and I can't reply. This is ridiculous.

It's going on 3 days not without it being addressed. I know Covid is slowing things down, but I really could use someone to take my ticket right away. I can't run my guild. right now.
