Best part of this entire thread.

This - NEVER shut up.
The key is to know WHO to be pissed at.
The other ting is that many of the people here really need to work on their presentation. You can be pissed and voice disagreements, but when you come across as an entitled child you will never get the response or resolution that you are looking for.
I have run car dealerships for a LONG time now, so customer service is VERY important. I can assure you that as a customer, HOW you come at someone with a complaint will dictate the level of response and resolution that you get.
Calling people lazy, greedy, incompetent, stupid ( which happens here l TON ) will get you ignored even if they are actually working on your problem. As customer service goes it's just not worth responding to that kind of garbage.
My advice would be 100% to voice your complaints / concerns, but do it in a way that isn't sarcastic, passive aggressive, or down right abusive. You may just get a better response.
But hey, did you see that fancy Elsweyr trailer that they spent a fortune making? The one where the protagonist can jump on a dragon's back to fight it? Surely this means we'll get dragon combat that's more interesting than hitting a barely-moving lump sitting in front of us on the ground. Right?... RIght?????

ZoS's answer
I think the game is at a tipping point right now. Something the Devs used to be able to ignore because of the lower percentage of player is now directly effecting the majority.

I can't justify abusive feedback, I can understand it though.
ZOS delivery has been garbage since release when it comes to quality>quantity, & players are fed up.
Elsweyr is just another example, it should have never gone live in its current state. Show some pride in your work.

I get it - I really do although I have no issues with Elsweyr. I had very few bugs other than the Necro issues themselves.
I'm just saying that no matter how fed up you are, calling people lazy, stupid, etc may make you feel better but is not going to get you any kind of positive response and in most cases, no response at all. Most companies (especially large ones with separate customer service departments) have mandates explicitly forbidding employees form engaging in abusive conversations. No response is much better than a heated war of words.

I didn’t even need to stop playing in protest because I just naturally quit due to the game being too broken to enjoy. The server quality is that of games from over a decade ago, and that’s not even the tip of the buggy iceberg.
I do wonder, can the game be kept afloat by just the players who don’t believe they deserve a playable game while doling out money? I do not know, but zerglings always surprise us, don’t they?

Not sure you could have missed the point by a wider margin. If that is all you took from my comment, there is no hope for you.

The good news is, I don't run on hope. I run on tangible things.

I didn't know being an ass hole was considered a "tangable thing"
