    I actually can't believe there's nothing this week. What about trials? Necromancer? Other class bugs? Guild history details? Performance in general? The list goes on, but I guess they're 'killing it' so what does any of that matter...

    Who knows. Maybe half their staff is in summer vacation. But they can at least drop a statement or something. Instead absolute silence and no maintenance where it is desperatly needed.

    It seems like it's at least time for a post from someone at ZOS telling us that they're aware of the issues and working hard on getting things fixed. Perhaps even apologizing for not communicating better, but then hedging that apology by explaining that they've been hard at work investigating the many problems. Wrap it all up with a vague time frame and no firm commitments and put a bow on it.

    This is too true. I work at a software company and the entire Product department was just moved under marketing. Product veterans with over 20 years experience are being asked to leave. And we were a very successful company prior to the change - time will tell if we still are afterward. But innovation isn't currently on the roadmap, so there is that...

    Unfortunately true. I'll tell you I do work in sales BUT I rather sell a top product knowing it's better than the competition instead of selling a subpar product. In the latter case, I'd probably go see if the competition is hiring.
