End of Cyrodiil campaign rewards seem to not grant the new set items

After checking on multiple characters and multiple guildies having the same results, it seems the new sets are not in the loot table.
Is this intended, or did someone forget to update this too? As it was with the rewards of the worthy when Lagmire landed.

Same here, ranked 9 chars to finally get today... 45 *** purple old set jewels (fury, transmutation, ...)
