2 of mine are Ink Koming (DK) and Nosrednarm (Mr. Anderson spelled backwards, Matrix reference)

But funniest one I've ever seen was back in vanilla Everquest. A halfing (they had HUGE heads and tiny little bodies and legs). His name was Grevious Headwound. Just made me laugh so hard seeing him running around with that giant head and tiny legs moving so fast. He was a warrior too, which was very atypical of the race/class combo.

Also, this may not be the best place to put it, but my friend got back into Skyrim today and made a Khajiit.. so, in helping him name it, I came up with some ideas for thief-y name suffixes:

the Quiet
the Calm
the Dark
the Silent
the Stealthy
the Swift
the Brooding
the Fast
the Sharp
the Small
the Nimble
the Fleet-Footed

and also, some extras:

the Nirnhoned (if they hail from Craglorn or have red markings)
the Mysterious
the Bleeder (their own blood or others?)
and the Pants-Thief (yes. 'cause it's funny.)
