Agreed. Forum pvp is the best pvp, it even has the upside if being lag free.
Ohh and gvgs. Gvgs are the next best pvp, and notable the only pvp upon which sucess is actually measurable.
Its a shame the large scale gvg scene didnt take of nearly as well as the smallscale one has. In this regard i am envious of the small scale scene.

It is weekend only occurence really. Week day occurence is the other story. Especially for NA weekends are only times where many ADs stay up late. It is as if almost all AD has some sort of real life lives on the week day lives. If this was more consistent occurence, scoreboard would be with AD on the lead. Not EP by 2~3k or so consistently.
Nice job with blending a solid explanation of population levels with calling EP a bunch of no lifers, LOL.

What do you consider large scale? I thought large scale gvg was pretty active.

Everyone come AD, we have bow light attacks. Apparently we also have wall of elements even though it doesn't knock back. Together we will zerg down keeps by glitching postern walls by knocking back only the bricks with our wall of damage, then continue with our bow light attacks.
What is a campaign score? does it reward anything good?

It rewards you the abilty to hold it over and troll people who for whatever wayward and sensless reason care about it.
For me, winning campains by thousands of points has become particularly integral to ensuring the supply of whingy 'AD needs help' threads/posts continues. No in-game reward could ever be as satisfying as this.

I'd dig through some other threads that eventually derailed into 'poor AD' threads for some comments to but I think I'd hit the forum character limit.

Haha you have added any campaign thread as AD whining for more help. The point seems not to be asking for help but underline the issue why pvp isn´t fun. Surprisingly Forums are meant for discussion. EP has a long string of success and their population quarantees there is no change in sight. There is not really competition and current tendency with EP seems to be that they are happy this way. Very sad to complain about AD when the problem is EP. You have really seen trouble here I give you that. Still sad. How about use that energy to figure out why EP has won so many times and actually question where is the balance. Pointing out facts isn´t cry for help but constructive dialogue to change the current situation.

Also as a side, I'm very pleased to see #weekdays taking off. Solid work @elong.
Regarding some comments about organised gvgs. Gvgs in eso exist in two forms; official and unofficial.
As it stands, the game does not have the necessary means to provide a fair system with rules in place to facilitate two guilds formally and fairly fighting one another. This is fact.
The only official gvgs that do exist are those that are fought naturally on the field. There are no rules of engagement other than to beat the opposition.
The unofficial gvgs that guilds organise among themselves are based on a common agreement. There are usually rules, just take a look at the small scale gvg thread as an example. Sides choose a time and place.
My point is that there are two different styles of gvgs that are not compatible with each other. There is no 'best' style as there is a different set of rules for each.
One guild might measure their performance based on the official style and the other based on the unofficial style; or even both as two separate entities. Every guild has their right to choose how they want to play.
At TKG we prefer the official way and if other guilds want to test themselves then they are more than welcome. We are always after more competition. I encourage everyone to participate in group pvp and to help your group grow and enjoy the experience.

ZoS has stated that EP has the most players (NA PC) 38% from memory. This means AD and DC are at 31% (if their populations are even). An advantage that is shown by the EP population indicator being higher most of the time.
When populations are even, prime time mostly, the fights are even. The skill level in all alliances is similar, its just numbers.
