Low Pop Bonus

So ZOS, explain this to us. How can you get low pop bonus when faction swappers can just log into other factions and do nothing but troll zone chat? How is it possible when all a player has to do is just log into an AD toon to keep the bars at 2. Your system is flawed from the beginning if there is nothing to stop the faction swapping. Remember you think players want to actually play. The incentive is not there. The just want to troll. Change the bonus to score and you might see some different numbers.
if the score gets + or - 200 pts the other factions get x bonus till a balance is reached. Low population bonus and underdog bonus is based on players when it should be based on score. Make the game competitive regardless of the numbers.
