    Murkmire Teaser Event
Get a preview of the upcoming Murkmire DLC with an exciting new teaser, now available to test on the PTS. You can start this quest by finding the NPC Concordia Mercius outside the cities of Daggerfall, Vulkhel Guard, or Davon's Watch, or by simply obtaining the leaflet “Cyrodilic Collections Needs You” from the Featured section of the Crown Store. This event features more than just a single quest and includes the following:
    • Two full-length Story Quests featuring new characters, new monsters, new Quest Rewards, and a new Murkmire-themed island, all ready for exploration.
    • A complete set of Daily Quests with their own Quest Rewards and Achievements, including the chance to get a brand new Murkmire pet.
      • Each Daily Quest can be completed once each day.
      • You can earn Daily Rewards and Achievement progress for each completion.
      • The luminescent Swamp Jelly Pet can be obtained by acquiring the seven parts of its Runebox and combining them.
        • These Runebox Fragments can be obtained by completing daily quests for the Cyrodilic Collections company in Shadowfen, unlocked after completing the quest "The Cursed Skull".
      • The death-defying Murkmire Grave Stake Memento can be acquired by completing the quest "The Cursed Skull".
        • The quest "The Cursed Skull" is unlocked by completing the quest "Ruthless Competition", a new quest that can be found by talking to Concordia Mercius. She can be found in Shadowfen, Auridon, Glenumbra, or Stonefalls.

    Jewelry Crafting
    • Added Jewelry Crafting materials to some Blacksmithing resource nodes; you will now occasionally find a single unit of Dust on a Blacksmithing node.
      • If the Blacksmithing node's material is based on your character level, then so is the Dust you'll find on it. If the Blacksmithing node's material is based on your Blacksmithing passive rank, then the Dust you find will be based on your Jewelry Crafting passive rank.
    • Significantly reduced the amount of Boosters needed to improve the quality of Jewelry.
      • At maximum rank of Plating Expertise, it now takes only a single piece of Terne to go from white to green, and it takes only 4 units of Chromium to go from purple to gold.
    • Reduced the number of Platings required to craft Jewelry Crafting furniture recipes.

    • Gold furnishing plans sold by Rolis Hlaalu or Faustina Curio using Night Pumice now use either Culanda Lacquer or Vitrified Malondo, depending on how magical they may be.
    • Corrected several text issues with the furnishing plan for Relic Vault, Impenetrable.

    1h2jhcuezuxb.png
    Witches Festival
    • Updated the contents of Plunder Skulls based on feedback from last week’s PTS patch.
      • Greatly expanded the number of furnishings that can come from a Plunder Skull; there are now numerous mushrooms, gravestones, and other dreadful furnishings to obtain.
        • As a result, you should find bundles of sticks far less often than in times past.
      • Added a hand-selected variety of Alchemy ingredients to the Plunder Skulls. Now you can find various reagents that a witch might find useful: Nightshade, Stinkhorn, Nirnroot, Fleshfly Larva, Beetle Scuttle, Blue Enteloma, Emetic Russula, Imp Stool, and Namira's Rot, all join the Spider Eggs that could already be found in Plunder Skulls.
      • Added over a dozen Furniture Recipes to the Plunder Skulls, including (very rarely!) the Blueprints for Coffin Cases and Coffin Lids.
      • To help increase the variety of items found in Plunder Skulls, we've introduced a selection of Treasures that a witch might store in her spare Plunder Skulls, and that an adventurer might sell for a tidy sum.
        • These can range from common green-quality Treasures, up through purple-quality valuables.
        • All Treasures found in Plunder Skulls come pre-laundered: no authority in Tamriel would care to investigate how these strange items came to be found.
      • Amber Marbles and Warrior's Heart Ashes (the style items for Hollowjack and Dremora styles) are now less common.
      • Added Insect Parts to the possible Baits found in Plunder Skulls.
        • All Plunder Skulls will now always award some amount of either Worms, Crawlers, Guts, or Insect Parts, in addition to their other rewards. (You may want to wash your hands after digging around in a Plunder Skull.)
    • Fixed an issue where some Quest Bosses were not dropping Dremora Plunder Skulls.

Short answer is DKs likely won't be seeing a ton of changes before we go live; this class is still quite powerful (as it should be being a tank), even after some of the adjustments we've made to other classes and abilities.

That would be 4.1.2, and you call these sufficient balance fixes? Besides, the most pressing bug fixes in PvP aren't even acknowledged (hello wall exploit).

    General
    • Enchantments now remember the weapon from which they were fired. This means if you fire a bow ability and weapon swap, when that bow ability deals damage, the enchantment on your bow will fire.
      • Note: This was introduced in patch 4.1.0, but wanted to include it in these patch notes to clarify the intended change.

    Nightblade
    • Assassination
      • Death Stroke
        • Incapacitating Strike (morph): This ability now only stuns if you have 120 Ultimate or more. To visually show its readiness state, the icon will change to a recolored version and the animation of the cast will change.

    Sorcerer
    • Dark Magic
      • Rune Prison
        • Rune Cage (morph): This ability now only deals damage if the stun lasts for its full duration.

    Templar
    • Dawn’s Wrath
      • Radiant Destruction: Increased the maximum bonus execute damage dealt by this ability and its morphs to 480% from 400%.
    • Restoring Light
      • Rune Focus: Increased the duration of this ability and its morphs to 20 seconds from 18 seconds, and reverted the cost increase to this ability and its morphs.

    Weapon
    • Two Handed
      • Heavy Weapons: Fixed an issue where the axe bleed would not stack when multiple players used it against the same enemy.
    • Destruction Staff
      • Impulse
        • Pulsar (morph): Fixed an issue where this ability was only applying Minor Mangle to one target.

    Guild
    • Psijic Order
      • Mend Wounds: Reverted the change that toggled this ability and its morphs off if you weapon swapped to an action bar that did not have it slotted.

    clb6m1s5cjbx.png
    Item Sets
    • Sload’s Semblance: A projectile will now fire when this item set procs, which applies the damage over time effect. This projectile can be dodged.

Well, not really. Typically what you see on the first installment of a patch cycle on the PTS is what you'll get on live, minus some bug fixes and very minor changes. The amount of additional stuff in 4.1.2 was already uncommon, so don't expect much more this dlc.

Well, not really. Typically what you see on the first installment of a patch cycle on the PTS is what you'll get on live, minus some bug fixes and very minor changes. The amount of additional stuff in 4.1.2 was already uncommon, so don't expect much more this dlc.

At least they remove the sigil in DM and adjust jewel crafting, other than that I don't see much more interesting change for this upcoming DLC

Ok projectile change is fine, dodgable is fine, Los is fine, but can sloads be nerfed to function like infernal guardian or velidreth where it requires skill to aim?

Why not change runcage like this? Runcage is now dogable and prevents you from casting any type of shield for 6 seconds after casting the ability, even when doeged.

That has to be hands down, the worst, most stupid idea I have ever heard of. Considering magsorcs are shield attackers thatd be the equivalent of saying no healing to other classes. Oh you just cast your stun? No more healing!

[*]Arms of Relequen: Added a 1 second cooldown to the proc from this item set.
[*]Ideal Arms of Relequen: Added a 1 second cooldown to the proc from this item set.

    [/list]

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Wrobel - Care to explain? As per my understanding, the set as of now deals damage / second with whatever count of stack is active. With this change, is it going to be 1 sec on, 1 sec off and then continue? So the Damage tooltip will be kinda xxx dmg/ 2 second?
