    • The titles dropdown in the character UI now scrolls (if you are thoroughly titled).

    "Thoroughly Titled" should, in and of itself, be a title. Perhaps when some arbitrary number of titles is reached.

    I'm okay with the CP changes. The sustain nerf from CP is a good start, but the light, medium and heavy armor nerfs took it to far. No need to change class skills either. They only did that so you would buy the warden.

    This is what vast majority of knowledgeable players agree with. CP nerf was enough. The rest should have remained untouched (on resource management field).

    I don't get why every single patch I have to relearn to play every part of the game, my favorite classes now have no class defining skills and every set I ever get becomes useless every patch.
    With these changes proc sets are litterally required and sorcs and maybe wardens will be the leaders of literally everything, I hate how every class is shifting to be the same thing, THEY ARE DIFFERENT CLASSES FOR A REASON. Every class had a purpose, now if you try your type of "balancing" it makes everything boring, every class shouldn't be designed to do everything that's why people pick their classes.

    Don't forget; you'll also need to have a 4-5 piece sustain-focused crafted/monster Set on your characters as well.

    I hate how every class is shifting to be the same thing...

    Makes changes by the devs easier if it's all the same, and animation already has their work in for it so.... get used to it.

    Yeah. So on the PTS I reconfigured my CP and tested my Mag DK on a standard dummy. With Essence of Spell Power potions I was able to roughly do my parse (which now included a lot of heavy attack downtime) and finish with 18k DPS.
    On live, I tested the same toon on a Robust dummy and was able to finish with shy of 23k DPS without the Spell Power potions (just had normal magic pots), and with my Weapon Damage staff running out of a charge midway through the fight.

    While my DPS isn't impressive by any means, I think that signifies even more of a problem. I'm losing 5k damage per second. That's an extra 300,000 damge I'm losing per minute. While higher end players may be able to adapt easier, if the goal is to raise the floor and reduce barriers to entry, this is going to make unseasoned players perform exponentially worse.

    It is also going to make content take a lot longer to complete. My suggestion would be, at the very least, to reduce the HP of mobs to be commensurate with sustain changes. That way, while resource management must be engaged, we're not spending minutes of a dungeon run doing heavy attacks.

    100% man. Could you imagine how boring a racing game, like Mario Kart, would be if every character, vehicle, wheels, kite combo performed essentially the same? Then imagine if it took months to unlock vehicles, that turned out to do the same thing?

    You could use that analogy with any other RPG, racing, fighting, sports, etc. game. The whole point of having DIFFERENT THINGS is for those THINGS to BE DIFFERENT. Or am I crazy?giphy.gif

    This change will make generating Ultimate from this passive more reliable for Wardens, as it can now proc off non-damaging Animal Companion abilities such as Betty Netch and Falcon’s Swiftness.

    This means Wardens can easily generate ultimate out of combat by casting zero cost abilities, which is OP

    I've been lurking here and I just wanted to mention I'm fairly sure they don'e mean for the warden to generate ultimate out of combat. I'm assuming they forgot to clarify it's when activating any skill from that line while in combat, will provide activation for that passive.

    I've been playing other things though, the bonus EXP stuff wore me out, but I did download the PTS. I'll open it eventually to test my nightblades, and peek at the Warden class.

    Welcome to Skyrim: Online, all class skills available to any class, horses can now climb mountains, and everyone is Dragonborn. Also, we have new items in the Crown Store, Oghma Infinum for 29.99 a copy!

    Nah, it will be most beneficial to Master Crafters anyway - it will probably cost a wad of vouchers, and won't really make a big difference because of the cooldown.

    Realistically, these things becoming a thing available for Master Crafter Writs simply means there is a Crown Store equivalent inbound! This is merely justification that they will also be available in-game so not p2w, blah blah.

    Just wanted to thank everyone for all the feedback and discussions in this thread. We have a couple updates/changes coming for the next PTS build that we’d like to share:
    • Incapacitating Strike – Increased the cost of this ultimate to 70 from 50.
    • Path of Darkness (and morphs) – Increased the base ability damage by 25%
    • Twisting Path – Increased the damage of this morph by 7% over the base ability. (Total damage increase of 32% over live)

    As a note, we definitely hear your feedback on Grim Focus and agree it requires more micromanagement than most other abilities. We are looking into solutions, but we do not expect to get changes in for Update 13.

    I cant tell you how much i farmed for the top sets i finally golded them out and now they are completely killing all my hard work and time...I'm sick of this, and now they are catering to the lower lvl players and banking on the fact that game launch players will stick around since they have so much time and dedication invested in the game....VMA is gonna be near impossible after patch if it goes though like it is only top 1% OF PLAYERS WILL GET IT...LET ALONE FLAWLESS. What a kick in the nuts this patch is...I'm out canceling my sub and stopping eso...I'm done.

    So what i don't understand is (and I know im not alone in this) why there is the passive skill that means if you are under 29k mag or stam you get a buff but if it's over you get a debuff? It's just a waste or a passive slot because no one who has over 29k mag or stam would put to point into that passive skill right? so they are missing out?

    I'm right there with you. I just spent a whole month getting my sets for my stamina DK just to learn that stam DK are useless now with useless sets. I'm so upset right now.

    Problem is, eh eh, they're telling you they're doing it for the lower level'd players.
    But they're not.

    They're just nerfing everything to the ground for everyone.
    They're reviewing their poorly poorly POORLY designed CP System to help weaker players, then they change skills to restore resources based on your character level.
    Say what?

    So 630CP players will be nerfed hard and 130CP players will just be crushed to the ground and destroyed because they won't have no max pools, no regen, no gear good enough to hit you as hard as they intend them to do for a sustained period of time.

    1. New tutorial is good
    2. Seems to be very friendly to jumping in with higher level characters and exploring the new zone

    I was so excited to see some new items for sale at the writ voucher vendor, thank you for that. Might I suggest some more options though, just a few new target skele's will dry up very quick. Also if there are supposed to be new recipes coming from the random furnisher documents, it may be bugged? I have yet to see a new one. Thank you.

    That Leeching Strikes now cost Stamina, makes the Magicka-Pool useless for any Stamblade in PVE.
    Furthermore the Stamina Light and Heavy Attacks restore is way too low!!

    Yea siphoning strikes needs a big buff imo, you barely make break even resource wise even if you focus hard on light atking too much in combat. Make it free to cost and up the resource return or give it minor mending or something.

    Dark deal needs a nerf, big time.

    Lich and amberplasm needs a nerf. (just like bonepirate got)

    Warden still too strong imo even with the miniscule nerfs it took this patch. p2w for sure.

    Lich is a sustain set only where as Bone Pirate is sustain and damage. Whine, whine, whine.

      • Accelerated Growth: This passive ability now grants you Major Mending when you heal an ally who is below 40% Health, reduced from 50%, and the duration of Major Mending has been reduced to 1.5/3 seconds, down from 3/6 seconds.
        Developer Comments:
        With the universal goal of reducing Major Mending uptime for all classes, we’ve made it slightly more difficult for Wardens to obtain this buff category and also reduced its overall duration.
      • Maturation: Reduced the duration of the Minor Toughness buff applied by this passive ability to 5/10 seconds, down from 10/20 seconds.
        Developer Comments:
        The duration reduction for this passive is meant to be paired in tandem with a change to its functionality, which is coming in the next PTS patch. Maturation will be changed to proc off any healing ability the Warden uses, rather than only Green Balance abilities, due to Wardens lacking a large amount of “global” passives (a passive that doesn’t require or modify abilities from its skill tree).
    • Winter’s Embrace
      • Sleet Storm: Your camera will no longer tilt when casting this Ultimate.
