Would you like a "normal" skin to hide vampirism?

It's pretty annoying to don't see my tattoos and have spent 1 hour to make a face that I can't see because of the vampirism aspect.
My idead was to get it with an achievement, or purchase it with crown store.

You want the powers that a vampire has? well you are gonna get the look! an advantage for a disadvantage haha!

I agree though the Tattoos could be more prominent on the skin of the vampire, as I find them too faded to see, I do like the tinge of purple though which is pretty nice.

But other than this there is no need for a *skin* or a *gloss over* on the vampire look. Like I have said before, you decided to become undead to get the powers of the vamp, your going to have to sacrifice the way you look. ;)

One of the reason I quit playing my vamp is that it looks awefull(vamp is part of his build so I don't want to cure it).

Who thought it was a good idea to make vampire khajiit basicly look like albinos?

When life hits you with lots of change that you may not be comfortable such as the loss of a loved one, losing a job or even positive change such as the news of an incoming addition to your family it is good to seek out comfort in things you can rely on.

For me these forums provide a small slice of that reliability. You never have to wait long before someone drags out that old horse which has been dead for a while and flogs the living *** out of it.

Let the poor thing rest in peace. Does it look healthy to you? Have some mercy for *** sake.

Some vampires in the TES lore have a spell who hide their real face to the world. I would love to have such a spell in ESO, probably a collectible but a skill who last long is okay too. If it imply that pnj won't talk to us without this effect (at state 4 especially), so be it.

Beside, I would love to see the real color of my tattoo. The skin and eyes are fine, the tattoo are not.

Tattoos fade as flesh decays. Once the semi permenent layer is gone the ink will dissappear (hence why you never see a properly tattooed mummified corpse and tattooing being centuries old) true story. In short you foul rotten (literally) scum can't have proper tattoos.

Tattoo, no, war paint, yes. And most "tattoo" are just war paint.
They are temporary, unlike tattoo, but can be applied on a vampire skin without this fading effect.

"Would you like a "normal" skin to hide vampirism?"

Hide vampirism as an menu option (just like "hide helemt" ? )

Or more like a alternative "look" for vampire & werewolf from crown store or a quest reward ?

In a ES world with spell and magic there are no reasons vampires could not set up spells to hide their looks. We do much more far fetched things.

My vampire would like the option to put his 'mortal face' on. I made a mod for that in Morrowind. Vampires are supposed to excel at illusion.

As a vampire all my life i dont want something to mask my vampiric appearance. However i do wish i could be stage 1 and still have my passives for pvp. Stage 1 vamp looks amazing but you get no passives.

If anything id like to see a skin that lets you look like stage 1.

I usually run with a quest disguise (seadrake, forebear or crown dishdasha) so I don't really mind.

The pale skin itself doesn't bother me at all, but the veins are ugly imo.

Part of the reason I made a new character with the intention of turning him into a vampire was so I could make sure he hopefully looks ok and so I didn't particularly care if he didn't. (That and for RP reasons - none of my other characters would voluntarily become a vampire.)

It would be nice to have a way to hide the vampire look sometimes though, if only for a while.

I'd be for it... if the negative vampire passives had more bite. Right now the penalties a joke.

As it is, you trade a lot of power for your looks. Don't like it? Wear a mechanical disguise or don't be a vamp.

IMO you should not be able to hide being a Vamp- if you want the benefits you have to take the consequences too. However, I would like to see the look of being a Vamp redone and made to look like an actual Vamp and not a sickly zombie

I'll drag out my standard response:

Vampirism should have it's visual stage reduced by one while you have no slotted vampire abilities. So if you're in stage 1, and have no abilities slotted, you should appear human. Stage 2, with nothing slotted and you look like you're in stage 1. Stick an ability on your back bar, and you can flip between looking human, and not, depending on which bar you're using.

There are no stage 1 bonuses. If you're in stage one, you're basically mortal now.
