Out of curiosity, would you be interested in another ZOS game in the future? If yes, please explain why. If no, please explain why.
So let me get this straight, you're on the forums of a game, making comments...it's been out for two years now, you're still playing.
but yet you hate the company so much that built this game you'll NEVER buy another game from them again.
*eye roll
Yeah ESO makes me grumble sometimes, but in the end, best PvP experience I've ever had with a game in a genre that I love. You no votes aren't being honest.
I personally would not buy another ZOS game in the future. After seeing how they've treated the Elder Scrolls franchise, and treated the concerns of the play base? I can honestly say that I'd rather save my money. It just isn't worth it to me to support a company that doesn't really appear to be caring about my best interests.

for someone who is "Beta Tester | PS4 Player | Mac Player | N.A. Server Player | Solo Player (Primarily) " you certainly do seem to like ZOS's game...
lol
I would have preferred a few more shades of maybe in the responses, but right now I feel closer to "no" than "yes" so that's my choice.
I'm not happy with the cash shop emphasis. Subscribing should count for more. The cash shop should be more within everyone's means--or there should be a way to make some crowns by playing the game. It's beginning to feel more like window-shopping in a virtual, albeit very pretty, mall than it feels like playing. And I say this as someone who could treat myself to everything in it and not miss a mortgage payment, but it would feel wrong to spend that frivolously and to encourage those unscrupulous business practices. I'm like the Bernie Sanders of ESO.
Prices should be set to where every player who has a computer, internet access, and one MMO sub's equivalent of recreational funds could get a couple of things a month and the newest, most exciting items should never cost more than your average sub and nothing short of a full expansion should merit what a new, triple A game costs because that's how you'll lose customers in the long run.
Despite the eye-candy bait for bucks, it doesn't seem to be re-invested in personnel to make the game better, stabler, more content filled, or indeed, anything but hosting a bigger cash shop.
So I would not hold out hope for another game to be run any differently by this studio. If they manage to reverse the present course and improve ESO, make the cash shop something more reasonable (selling in volume and increasing variety such as a spectrum of colors for outfits would reap higher profits than overpricing the nifty stuff for a handful of outliers) and act like they give a kitten about the people playing ESO and paying ESO for the pleasure, then I would look at other games put out by the franchise if they sounded interesting.

Some of us still play for one simple reason....lack of better options. We have played many others, spent our time there, and are done. Some of us are here simply killing time until a better option is released. When that happens, I think you'll see the impact.
This game has amazing potential, but I truly don't think it will ever be completely realized with the current dev team. It seems it's always one step forward, three steps back. When another "successful" MMO is released, we'll see where the rubber meets the road.
I've enjoyed playing ESO, but with a lot of frustration. More than any other MMO, and I started playing MMOs back in March of 1999 when the original Everquest was released, and I've played quite a few of them. So please don't be arrogant enough to presume to say who's not being honest.

So when there is a complete lack of better options out there, over the next DAoC/ESO/ style game...you're just not going to play anything because the only good options out there are Zos?
Just tired of the harsh negativity on the boards. So many act like this game sucks when so much of their free time is spent playing it.

That and the lack of focus on PvP fixes and updates(the whole reason I bought the game), and I just don't have trust in them.
