There's really no doubt we've had better fights 12v16 or 16v16 against K-Hole than 24-30 man VE, try being the best guild on a faction before being the best in the game.

How can you have good fights when you always run away unless you have an armada of pugs to back you up? We wipe you once and you run away.

Also you really need to learn to count again, we never have more than 24.

Well since someone went there as to "who is the best pvp guild" my vote goes to "Havoc". Just by the shear hate they got from the other factions when they ran, you could tell they were badass! Alacrity, Decibel and MBF probably share 2nd place but we're equally Badass. Can't really give a definitive answer there, but for top spot, it's Havoc. Even though I pvp on DC now, Havoc will remain the rockstars of EP for pvp. I remember riding behind comet Havoc.....THE HARDCORE!!!!.....

Idk Mano, people hated Havoc on opposite factions for just killing everything, but people hated Alacrity for scroll exploiting, it's a big difference lol. EP's best was Havoc for sure. I was an officer in IR for a while, we were OP and it was some of the best times, but we just couldnt kill Decibel without a full raid and 4+ negates, which just isnt impressive to me. DC's was NM, and AD was Alacrity or Decibel, its hard to chose between those two for me. Just my opinion though.

Jasenn you're awesome, and this isn't personal, but just no. You are wrong. We do not always have an armada of pugs at our backs, we have had plenty of wipes against VE just by ourselves. Please do not discredit us merely because Beast's opinion is that fights against K-hole are harder. K-Hole is a fantastic guild with a stacked roster and an entirely different playstyle. They deserve credit where credit is due, not to say that VE doesn't. To start slinging insults like we run from fights ect, that's just salty and unnecessary, and is gonna set VE & Haxus down the same path that we've already been down. Also, please do not forget the 1,2,3 ect people who cannot get into a full group and tag along behind. 24 is not truly 24 if 28 are in channel and following crown.

Well since someone went there as to "who is the best pvp guild" my vote goes to "Havoc". Just by the shear hate they got from the other factions when they ran, you could tell they were badass! Alacrity, Decibel and MBF probably share 2nd place but we're equally Badass. Can't really give a definitive answer there, but for top spot, it's Havoc. Even though I pvp on DC now, Havoc will remain the rockstars of EP for pvp. I remember riding behind comet Havoc.....THE HARDCORE!!!!.....

If that's your measure of success, I see no way anyone matches up with Alacrity's record. My how bad peoples' memories are. You know it's bad when mods have to tell you to stop doing things that they don't forbid simply because there's too many tickets/complaints coming in about it.

LOL Frozen is just biased because everyone loved Havoc and didnt care for him. He still cant "let it gooo" as he put it earlier. Idk Mano, people hated Havoc on opposite factions for just killing everything, but people hated Alacrity for scroll exploiting, it's a big difference lol. EP's best was Havoc for sure. I was an officer in IR for a while, we were OP and it was some of the best times, but we just couldnt kill Decibel without a full raid and 4+ negates, which just isnt impressive to me. DC's was NM, and AD was Alacrity or Decibel, its hard to chose between those two for me. Just my opinion though.

It wasn't an exploit, it was "bad" . To say people didn't hate Alacrity for killing everything is a little bit short term memory. We brought orbs into Cyrodiil and basically invented AP farming. I think our own faction hated us more than the others because we would just sit in bleakers with an open hole in the wall for hours at a time. We were also reviled as the "former emp group" because almost the entirety of our group had former emps in a time before emp farming, and everyone thought we were hacking. Several of our members were temp banned for reportedly hacking simply because too many reports were made for ZOS to ignore it and they made a business decision. There was a lottttt of hate. Especially Brandon when we scroll farmed inside the north DC gate there's a tower there. He raged so hard he invited one of our members into TS just to verbally insult them with every insult you could think of and then ban them. We literally had guilds quit PvP and pretty much the game because of us.

As for Alacrity vs Decibel... I was in both groups. Unfortunately for Alacrity we never adopted the sorc stacking tactic. On an individual basis Alacrity had better players, as a group Decibel had a much stronger group composition(pretty consistent 4-5+ sorcs every night) to go along with more players overall. It's a lot easier to do things when you're literally walking in negates. Personally I hated it. Stacking negates back then I would almost equate to stacking raids now... just walking around not caring about what's hitting you because you're dropping an ult every other second that removes all of the bad AOE and restores your health and resources to full. It wasn't fun. I liked playing with both groups, and my opinion probably comes off as that old person trying to differentiate between two football teams from different eras. That's how I feel though.

Except Alacrity wiped the floor with Condemned all the time. We came to Wabbajack 2.0 because it was going to be the "competitive" campaign and we mopped up... We even destroyed wabba 1.0 in its final month, just none of us were homed there so the names didn't get out. Everyone also keeps pointing to NM, and I became friends with a lot of the players in NM. However, I'm going to take a shot here. Outside of Naw when he was in there, you didn't hear about NM until frags bugged and then WoE bug. They were good players for sure, and we had a lot of good fights against them. I respect them all as individuals and a guild. I'm just saying.

I am going to have to agree. Havoc was definitely the toughest fights for red, Hijinx with Agrippa is no joke either. NM for blue. As for Ala/Deci I can't really say, but I will say Alacrity had many of the best players in the game ever in my opinion. Fireshot, Jager, Krim, Mano, Perma, Luv, Trip, Huntler, many more. Played with all them and at times led those players in our raids and it made a huge difference in all the fights and where the guild ended up. Deci had its own super team with Dshotz, Teapot, Winnie, Ghost, Mano, Trip, Drax, Tek, Vasha, Tatsu, Tbois, Komodo, J, and more but Ala was the first great AD team and could come back today and dominate.

As for the game right now, RAGE is really full of many top players, and from my limited time with them seem more confident when not running 24 players.

The way I view truly top guilds, personally, is when I see them running 10 or 12 or 8, and still being nearly as effective as they are with large groups, and not just quitting when they "only have 18".

You saw/see it with NM, Alacrity, Decibel, Khole, Haxus, Havoc, RAGE, Vic at times and maybe 1 or 2 older red guilds.

There's really no doubt we've had better fights 12v16 or 16v16 against K-Hole than 24-30 man VE, try being the best guild on a faction before being the best in the game.

How can you have good fights when you always run away unless you have an armada of pugs to back you up? We wipe you once and you run away.

Also you really need to learn to count again, we never have more than 24.

Jasenn you're awesome, and this isn't personal, but just no. You are wrong. We do not always have an armada of pugs at our backs, we have had plenty of wipes against VE just by ourselves. Please do not discredit us merely because Beast's opinion is that fights against K-hole are harder. K-Hole is a fantastic guild with a stacked roster and an entirely different playstyle. They deserve credit where credit is due, not to say that VE doesn't. To start slinging insults like we run from fights ect, that's just salty and unnecessary, and is gonna set VE & Haxus down the same path that we've already been down. Also, please do not forget the 1,2,3 ect people who cannot get into a full group and tag along behind. 24 is not truly 24 if 28 are in channel and following crown.
