Your hirelings will not bring you mats that came out with IC DLC. Your guildies should not be getting those.
Ok.. sounds like its more of a crit for the hireling, like the glass frags or purple or yellow crt mats. Makes sense. Guess not a bug, just an "I stink at playing RNG" thing.
Snare abilities are reducing roll-dodge distance meaning skills like Caltrops or monster AoE's are almost impossible to escape without Rapid Menouvers.
I could not reproduce this... are you on consoles or PC?
Sorcerer's ultimate "Overload" still switches from light attack to heavy attack for no apparent reason.
Same ultimate, very often (sometimes multiple times during the same fight), just stop firing and no skill can then be launched until a roll dodge or a block has been made. Skill could actually trigger some kind of a "stun" on self.

Earthen Heart abilities are not generating minor brutality as the passive in the earthen heart tree says it should. I've tested this with myself and other players both in and out of groups. No players receive minor brutality as well when I activate igenous shield or any earthen heart ability.
