    So when you say rarely that means there is a chance of getting 1 of those? It's hard to declare it a bug for him then because he might just have bad RNG then. Let's see if others have the same issues? I for myself have not received an IC material from my hirelings yet. I only run Enchanting with skillpoints in it though.

    Ok.. sounds like its more of a crit for the hireling, like the glass frags or purple or yellow crt mats. Makes sense. Guess not a bug, just an "I stink at playing RNG" thing.

    To add: The speed buff that Concealed Weapon should apply does not always apply. Sometimes I have to re-crouch, sometimes I just have to cast Dark Cloak. I cannot reproduce it in any reliable manner since the update, but it happens regularly.

    Not sure if intended or not, but the range boost from Battle Spirit does not apply in the Imperial City/Sewers. I would have expected that there would be a range boost due to having Battle Spirit, but it turns out there isn't a range boost.

    This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

    Snare abilities are reducing roll-dodge distance meaning skills like Caltrops or monster AoE's are almost impossible to escape without Rapid Menouvers.

    The clothier crafter that received the clothier mats has the worst rng in the game actually. She can and has farmed uppercrag for nirn for months. Yes months. Never got one Nirn. Yet the week IC launches she gets a Rubido leather from hireling. One. Haven't got another on any other alts. Make SURE you have Tailoring 9 unlocked!!

    [Conclusions]
    It may be very rare and working as intended, BUT, with the amount of material required to make V15 items, the drop rate is useless or concerning. Especially for lower level Characters and woodworkers.

    The "new" distance rolled from dodge is very small. Large AoE is insta- kill if not running out of it. The slowness combined with limited distance traveled from roll dodging now (even double dodge with CP points for protection) makes this skill nearly useless.

    Did you notice the load screen, upon entering the dungeon, being fixed?

    PC. I got that bug several times before posting, but couldn't reproduce it again since then. It might have been an add-on conflict, although I don't use any that augment/replace resource bars. I'll keep an eye on this and post if I find out more.

    Sorcerer's ultimate "Overload" still switches from light attack to heavy attack for no apparent reason.

    Same ultimate, very often (sometimes multiple times during the same fight), just stop firing and no skill can then be launched until a roll dodge or a block has been made. Skill could actually trigger some kind of a "stun" on self.

    Once in 3 or 4 times, one of molag kena's add can not be killed (suffers damages at first until it becomes untargetable).
    Sometimes even a suicide wipe doesn't make the add disappear.
    Problem occurs in normal AND in vet mode of the WGT.

    It's not a bug with overload, but with all heavy attack. The game seem to have a cooldown between light attack command now, if I use a too short weaving (especially when the game is lagging) my character is stuck using a heavy attack. Overload seem to be very sensitive with this problem.
    I haven't any problem with overload when I stop spamming my left button and only click one time per second, even if I can't launch the same number of attack (because of lag).

    May as well add this to your Items list:

    Rewards from the Worthy Masonry Repair Kits dont stack with, or interact with vendor bought Masonry Repair Kits. If you use up your Rewards one, you just run out, it does not roll over to the vendor bought ones.

    Why? You might ask? Well, for one thing, when I went to report them in the bug database, only the vendor bought ones showed as in my inventory. The bug system had no idea I had any of the ones from Rewards from the Worthy. Really?

    I have a question about Vigor. Is it intended that it doesn't break stealth? I mean, other heals/buffs like Mutagen, Obsidian Shield, Conjured Ward etc. break stealth even with nobody around. Vigor happily heals by-standers from stealth... or is it a display issue on my side?

    Here's another one: The shield bash from keep guards and Invigorating Bash are unbreakable CC, which makes it possible to get perma-CC'd.

    Elf born is giving half the crit damage bonus it should be. Also not sure if a bug or intended but it is rounded to 2 decimals so it makes jumps in the useful amount of cp in elf born rather than every point being soul/slightly useful 1 point is really good and the next 5 or 10 are useless.

    Same applies to Precise Strikes. When I pointed that out during PTS Zenimax acknowledged that as a 'Known Issue' but never changed it.

    Maybe the tooltip is just wrong and it's supposed to say 'increases the bonus critical damage' because then it would be working correctly.

    The jumps due to rounding are just ***. I know of it but yeah I guess I should add this.

    Earthen Heart abilities are not generating minor brutality as the passive in the earthen heart tree says it should. I've tested this with myself and other players both in and out of groups. No players receive minor brutality as well when I activate igenous shield or any earthen heart ability.

    Can you test that again while being in a fight? It should work then.

    1. Guild Bank Glitch After Update

    - Load/Remove many items into Guild Bank causes bank or backpack items to not appear and bank becomes unusable until relaunching client (Xbox One)
