    Lets revisit the food and drink at the same time question. really drinks are as useless as they were pre 1.6. They have done nothing fancy to make them even slightly desirable. Its time to make it so you can use both as neither will make a dramatic impact on the out of any engagement.

    From patch notes : "Champion Points are account wide. When one Veteran Rank character on an account earns a Champion Point, every character on the account will receive a point to use, regardless of level"
    still I have some questions regarding CPS
    1.Champion points are account wide. But Champion point i earned is not available for another vet character. Do i have to do something like upload points to account to make it available for all characters
    2. Does champions points gets shared among characters or all characters receive CP at same time. (for ex: When i get 1 pt with a vet toon and i spent that pt immediately to that toon itself and when i open another low lvl or vet toon will i still get tat one pt)

    Also is the gear always marked as stolen? I stole a sword and was caught by a guard and he took it. Am I to assume that there is no decay on the stolen status of an item?

    You have to launder stolen gear. From the article on the front page:

    "OUTLAWS REFUGE
    The items you steal from Tamriel’s inhabitants can only be sold to a fence. Luckily for all who choose to live beneath the law, outlaws refuges exist in major cities throughout the provinces. In an outlaws refuge, you’ll find fences that will buy your ill-gotten goods and a safe place to hide from the law. You can only sell so much to a fence per day—they don’t want to generate too much unnecessary attention."

    Uh....Yeah I read that. It says they can be sold. It says nothing about whether they are always marked as stolen. I guess you could sell it and maybe buy it back? Doesn't make much sense, but oh well. I'm going to assume that they are always marked as stolen otherwise.

    Multiple testers are now confirming that the active form of the Templar skill Restoring Aura does not affect the caster. This is not how it works currently on the normal servers.

    Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or working as intended?

    You're going to have to rebalance the racials and make the paltry regen ones better. Things like 30% health Regen in combat is pretty useless given the stat changes....Anything that's a high bonus to a stat like Stamina/Health/Magicka is vastly superior to everything else. Frost Resist from Nords is still god awful as you've chosen to not add any Frost spells really to Player Abilities.

    Either add a Racial Change to the store or rebalance the racials

    Why you never answer our question about changing race? It feels like you're deliberately avoiding questions related to race change. We already have multiple threads about race change and yet nobody from your team cared to comment.

    IF they (God forbid) add race change, it should at least only allow for one of the two other races within the same faction. Hopefully though, they have the sense to never even think the thought of allowing for race change in this game.

    This has been discussed to death, the reason is that each of the three constellations sections will have desirable passives for each role and each resource usage, in the form of one of the three subsections of constellations.

    For example, there will be passives for stamina dps in the mage section, and stuff for tanking in the thief section, and so on.

    They balanced the system based on this rotation, it makes more sense than you think :) just go in and try it out for yourself, I think you'll feel differently after doing so.

    But it will take 3x as long to max out one system which is bad if it's the higher passives you want.

    We should be able to freely spend our points , focusing entirely on one system if we want or spreading them out like we are forced to now.

    Will dk Whip get one of the morphs stamina based? Its really not logical to have 2 flame dots able to be morph into stamina while base instant attack is only magicka based.

    Go to a fence as you would to sell items, click the top right tab (LAUNDER)

    Why are you against race changes?

    I dont see why someone changing their race would affect you in any way, just like someone choosing a race in char select

    I've had some time to play around with this for a while. Templar got some okay changes, but we also took some pretty hardcore nerfs. I think we are the worst off on nerfs in terms of percentage change from before to after.

    Restoring Aura buffs group members but nothing for the caster now. That is basically an 80% nerf to the skill. All you get is the passive benefit of having it on your bar. Mending went from 30% max crit to 0%, so 30% nerf. Other classes got things reduced some, but Templar got stuff reduced all the way to 0.

    Please tell me that is a bug!

    Restoring Aura - now when slotted it gives 10% bonus to MAGIKA stamina and HP regen! When activeted gives 20% bost to health and stamina regen!

    mending gives 10% to restoring abbilities.

    Resd new description af abbilities!

    But templars get "finisher skill" and stamina skills (which they wanted) not like NB.

    NB's Surprise attack now uses stamina. They forgot to put it in patch notes.

    Who want's to wager that the bulk of the work went into the crown store and not the justice system or champion system? I'm so far very unimpressed with both and I have hard time believing that it took them 6 months to hand us this steaming pile.

    Amazing, but theres one problem i have, that being the colors are less shiny, which is fine adn i personally wanted it to happen, but certain colors such as DAEDRIC RED (my absolute favorite dye) have become completely wasted and dry, it looks like a more reddish/browninsh/purplish versio of soulshrven grey, and a bit darker, not something id spend 12 hours grinding for nor would consider a rare color, please try to make these colors, i do not know the rest, better so they don't go unused and unapreciated.

    My main has two horses. One horse was fed to Max Capacity. My other horse cost 47k and came with +10 Capacity

    However, my combined skill on PTS is only 50. I have basically lost a considerable amount of dough. Did I spend 47k and have a just a skin to show for it?

    Hi, my question is about city guards
    I've read earlier, that they couldn't be killed by players. Is it so? I don't see this in patch notes.
    In this time a lot of players are trying to kill them, i think :)

    Still waiting to EU players get ther chars on PTS. Its qute strange that they give us apportunity to create lvl 14VR caracter BUT without posobility to see morfs (not enaff skill progresion)

    Yes. Yes you did. All horses are created equal. All are only skins, max riding skill in each category is 60, but it only takes the highest rank in all stats (without bonus) and applies it to you.

    But you did change Argonian's passive. Once again racial change was introduced in a stealth mode.

    So excited to see this giant list of awesome changes. The free-to-play announcement had me a bit discouraged, but this list has overwhelmingly redeemed my faith in ESO.

    This ability now grants the Major Breach and Major Fracture buffs.
    Removed the penalty from this ability.
    This ability can now be cast on any target.
    Reduced the cost of this ability by approximately 50%, and reduced the duration to 20 seconds.

    O.M.G. !!! Finally this ability will be useful. I am beside myself with joy!

    This ability has been removed, and replaced by the new ability Grim Focus.

    O.M.G. !!! Another useless ability made useful. I am beside myself with elation!

    I don't agree about Haste. It was actually very usefull.

    40% Stamina Regen on Focused Attacks morph. Gone.

    Faster Heavy Attacks to restore magicka/stamina. Gone.

    And what we get as a replacement is some ghost.... great....

    Several bugs in dungeons and in Stormhaven that have not been listed here as fixed:

    Direfrost Keep: Final boss can not be taunted/aggroed since update 5 was introduced. When you apply a taunt, the boss will completely ignore you (the tank) and willr andomly attack all group members.

    Volenfell: The first boss, after he summons the Gargoyle, that Gargoyle will be high up where it was summoned and will stay there till it is taken down.

    Veteran Banished Cells: Keeper Imiril and High Kinglord Rilis attacks can not be blocked. The tank will be taking the full damage, when with the shield raided/while blocking. Imiril deals around 775 damage with and without the tank blocking and rilis deals around 800 damage with and without blocking. Also those two bosses keep dodging funnel health ability every now and then (as shown by FTC), again reported and no feedback just like the Possessed Mantikora in Sanctum Ophidia (and i can link vidos showing this, as i stated in my other threads).

    Spiders Nest world boss in Stormhaven: This bug has been around also since update 5, i even started a thread on this and nothing reported back. Infact i started a thread, used ingame bug reports numerous times regarding these four problems and not seeing any of them fixed since November is just depressing.

    I know and it is obvious you guys have been very busy. But when we get daily undaunted quests that keeps throwing us back into those buggy dungeons and hitting Sanctum 3 times a week or so seeing those bugs/issues withotu any feedback is fustrating and upsetting to me.
    mDKs still need a lot of love!
