    In order to appease those that are in tears, I would be cool with them making the night's silence bonus scale with gear quality. Yellow gear quality would be have the same bonus as dark stalker.

    Yeah, because, for *some* reason, we are "not allowed" to know this information before we make our "informed" skill and gear choices.

    Tooltips should *always* provide clear information on what the skill actually does.

    What does it take to get this bug fixed which was first reported a couple of weeks ago and is a regression from the current live server?

    If the bonuses otherwise remain the same as they are currently on live the values are
    Dark Stalker and Shadow Dancer's Raiment: Remove Sneak speed penalty; Sneak at 100% of regular running speed.
    Night's Silence: Provides 36% increase to Sneak speed; Sneak at 96% of regular running speed.

    Vampire has its own other passives that are available with Dark Stalker.
    Shadow Dancer's Raiment provides max Magicka, Spell Damage, and Stamina Regen stats.
    Night's Silence provides Weapon Crit, max Stamina and Stamina Regen stats.

    I expect my materials back from the night silence set I have.

    And, you have to go through and put an end to all bonus and skill stacking. Shields no longer stack, heals from different people no longer stack, damage traits no longer stack, cost reductions no longer stack, etc.

    Totally unfair change the appease the crybabies.

    Nothing has been mentioned so it should stack but it wouldn't surprise me if the passive effect of Concealed Weapon no longer worked with any of the listed sets or skills.

    all I do is look for an indication that NB cloaks have been fixed. if I Don't see this, I just stop doing any actual reading and fast scroll to the bottom, and just keep an eye out for key words
    You guys need to fix NB cloak. Many of us NBs are running out of patience. You can call me a crybaby all you want, but im going to keep saying this in every single patch note(s) until cloak is fixed.

    If you guys respond super quick to a set that only INCREASES MOVEMENT SPEED all because some people were mad they could not do it, then we also expect you guys to fix actual problems just as fast.

    Now, out of what I actually read some things were cool.
    I see you guys reduced score values for hedarous. Maybe I was wrong the last 3 months, and you DO care about the PvP.... I hope I was wrong the last 3 months.

    BE was nerfed because it could be spammed endlessly. you go in combat, cast some abilities, get on low health, BE out, heal, BE back in, over and over and over and over again. it had nothing to do with the travel speed. maybe if you were carrying a scroll. now idk about mist form, as I don't se it enough to know what it actually does besides making a vampire really hard to kill. hehe.

    Fact: You need to focus on other classes and abilities before you completely break the will of the NB community. Leave the NB alone.

    awesome post and complete truth, what you wrote is exactly how i feel.and so did all the 104 members i had in my guild. i just left a message on my guild website to let any and all who still read it that i must close the ventrillo service i was paying for because all of them have unsubscribed from elderscrolls online and have been gone now for over 60 days.
    i will not abandon eso nor the guild i created. but, i am quite speechless about what must be happening en that developers office to actually have the strength to do this to us nightblades, we are the weakest class in eso. ill be honest, that took guts to do what they just did. a true shame.

    Weapon enchantments can now proc elemental damage status effects, such as burning or chilled.

    Then what the *** is the point of Arcane Fighter for Two Handed? Is this going to be chance based for non-2H weapons? Or is melee just getting gypped again?

    • Why is it that every patch there is a patch that fixes a skill from Sorcerer,Dk, and Templar?
    • Why is it when we finally get a fix for a night blade skill I never know what it is until they supposedly fix it?
    • Why have they not fix shadow cloak and some skills like veiled strike?
      Everybody and they Grandma can break us out of stealth. Veiled strike is suppose to be instant be there is delay in the skill. Plus the skill does not always does damage.
    • Why do we not have a effective defensive skill?

    • Why can't haste work with bows?
    • Why did siphoning strikes and its morph get nerf from 4% to 3% but still has the weapon and spell power debuff?
    • Why is the Agony skill and Aspect of Terror skill target very few targets for too much magic?
    • Why is the shadow image ability will not let me teleport to it?
    • Why is the shadow image ability allow me to only teleport to it once?
    • Why does night blade only have two synergy skills and they are ultimates and why our cheap party heals really does not heal a lot?
    • Why is most of night blade abilities are single target when most enemies in the game come in pairs of two and more?
    • What is point of of night blades if some of our class only skills do not work?
    • Why do night blade skills have debuffs in their skills like, shades, siphoning strikes, and mark target?
    • Why is all enemies in the game doing more bow damage than me?
    • Why is when a enemy just has one weapon they can use dual wield abilities but when I want to do it I can't?

    Seriously, it's the last straw. You have people abusing the hell out of Mistform to receive the 75% damage reduction and still attack and cast spells.
    Many many people asked about the sneak speed before spending all those mats to create the set, because it is fast in stealth, out of combat.
    For those complaining that people can just sneak by now, as opposed to ride by, that is meaningless because you could just have one person sneak by and set up a forward camp and then everyone resurrects there, just as every keep has a FC now.
    To obtain those speeds, it means giving up an important 5 piece set, and pretty much locks you into medium armor because of the reduction in sneak cost. To use it for any distance, you need medium armor.
    Any NPC sees you, anytime you are not completely hidden, the set bonus fails.
    Once I'm hidden, unless you get very lucky you wouldn't ever catch me anyway. All you destroying the set for vampires does is show you have no understanding of the game. Anyone giving it half a second of thought could see you'd get very fast stealth in the game using the set. This didn't escape you, you just gave into whiners.
    All this, while I cast Dark Cloak and had it fail and not give me a second moment of invisibility about 80 times today, causing a number of deaths to MOBS no less.
    If you can't fix it so our own DOTS don't break it, you literally have no business screwing us over because of non-combat speed.
    I like the game, but this is just too much. It shows such as lack of foresight in planning that why bother?

    Added items to the Morag Tong item set. You can now use all types of weapons with it.

    My god ZoS, you just made me the happiest bosmer in the world.
    No joke, completely renewed my interest in the game with a simple set change. Poison damage based trial bow build, here I come.

    Why don't you just delete night's silence, ZoS? you've changed it so many times now, even said that the current mechanic is intended and flip flopped due to whining. What's the point to it now that it's rendered worthless for anyone that is a vampire? Did you break concealed weapon with night's silence or concealed weapon with dark stalker too?

    You know what's funny, I was doing cyrodiil with some guildies last night doing dolmens. I had night's silence on my vampire NB, I was unable to keep up with the max speed horses that were sprinting, only able to keep up with the horses that were going at regular speed and since horses have infinite sprint, I was still left behind with it. Every mob that looked at me wrong would reduce the speed even if they didn't spot me, every time I jumped I would lose speed.

    It's clear at this point that they have no idea what they're doing with sets in this game.

    You better nerf rapid maneuver next if you want to be consistent with your whole Abraham Kaplan's way of doing things.

    You know what works better than exploiting? Not exploiting. I look forward to every patch because every patch directly and indirectly buffs my characters. If you exploit and your stuff gets nerfed, you made the choice to exploit. ZOS are simply fixing bugs, nobody forced you to abuse those bugs - you took a risk, it didn't work out, move on.

    Wow, I wasn't aware that dark cloak let you leave combat... owait.
    Calling dark cloak a near guarantee to escape is kind of hilarious especially in conjunction to this discussion.
