@Darkstorne show us a parse with those sets that qualifies as broken. Say, in a world where 120k is possible and 100k with just skills, no HA or LA. 110k sounds fair for broken???
1. Twin Sisters set is broken. It proc's 100% of the time on some skills, e.g. crushing shock, flurry, etc. Only asking for a fix. 2. Speed boost was broken.
Ignoring all things performance: Proc sets aren't bad inherently. They are great. Sets like Seventh/Acuity/Titan born --these are great. They allow for variablity in how we fight. Then the healing sets...Healers have so many niche sets that are all procs. Things like Winters Respite or Gossamer allow healers to change how…
Sorcerer exists in broken dmg proc sets and they always make some broken set. IE: Azureblight, Unleashed, Plaguebreak, Savage werewolf, Draugrkin one of those sets. Ofc magsorc is bad but i dont think stamsorc is bad esp they had the best dmg (sometimes even more than total dmg of 3 people in his group)
Why should skills suffer because of broken sets? Due to the introduction of such sets, it turned into some kind of pvp crap. Templar's toothpick was broken. The sorcerer in the specialization of mana is very bad. Due to complaints about the necromancer, this class is now completely dead. I don't see the point in nerfing…
This has been established and acknowledged, broken since Deadlands. When combined with current detection range bugs and stealth attack crit bugs, this makes Nightblades considerably more difficult/less effective to play.
I made a health regen tank on DK with panacea ult and it’s insanely broken. I could probably make it more broken if I did it on necromancer with its bone colossus ult and Bloodspawn set. Thoughts?
