    What about Dual Wield Flurry bug? What about Dual Wield Twin Blade passive not doing anything? What about NB passives not working? What about 2 stealth damage critical hits from multiple abilities because of animation canceling?

    It says in my inventory that it's a Trophy. It was a quest-complete loot drop; It says 'bind on equip,' but it cannot be equipped or used, not even from quickslot.

    Based on the quest, I thought it to be valuable and important -- but it (along with one other similar broken 'trophy,') are completely unusable, and none of the staff have bothered to tell me why, or what recompense is being given when these items are removed.

    They nerfed Castle of the Worm, but not Halls of Torment? LMAO. Castle of the Worm was hard, but manageable. Valley of Blades, same. Shadows of Sancre Tor, same. All manageable at level. Halls of Torment, on the other hand, is utterly broken for some people. When I finally managed to defeat it on my level 40 NB, it was because the lag finally eased up and Lyris ACTUALLY WAS USEFUL FOR 30 SECONDS. That was just enough. Don't nerf it, don't add grouping if you feel it will ruin the "feel" of the game, but PLEASE fix the NPC AI. That alone would help a ton. When Lyris was actually attacking/tanking the fight was suddenly doable. :( Even the 30 seconds of her functioning the way she was supposed to before she went back to vacantly staring into space was an enormous help.

    Bottom line - the quest isn't bad, just broken right now. Fix NPC followers so they're useful and it's all suddenly manageable. Without it, it's a huge artificial difficulty spike.

    If u will not nerf dk's, remove spell resist from plate so if u will not balance the pvp, players will stop playing this game. u made pvp in cyodiil as endgame content but this is terrible on this form. maybe better if u make instanced 10/10, 30/30 pvp and forget this gw2 like world pvp (gw2 is already a dead game because this).

    And another thing for effective gameplay need to use 6-10 spell WITHOUT lose gcd.

    ur 2x5 system is a fail, because:

    1. if work (never) u loose one gcd, what is impotant in close situation. for example i must change weapon, press heal spell when need heal fom healing staff, but its about 2 second. im dead.

    2. becuase high latency, laggy/buggy game mostly the weapon change not work. if i cast chrystal shard from button 1, and push wepaons change durring this nothing will happen... on the other aciton bar on the the button 1 some defensive/heal spell i will push button 1 after pushed the weapon change, but what will happen? becasue the weapon not swaped i will cast the crhystal shard again. o i just push the weapon change, but not change fo lag etc, pushed again and after a little time the weapon will change to action bar2 AND BACK.

    So because we play this game on PC and not a console let us use 10 button at least.

    you people claiming youve seen a vamp wipe 30- you seen a V10 vamp wipe 30- not a v1 vamp- but V10 non vamps wipe 30- not only that Ive seen many v1 vamps killed by 1 V1 player- I myself have killed many vamps of equal level- fighters guild skill line is meant to combat vamps and works great.

    as far as werewolfs being nerfed- honestly werewolf should be brought in line with vamps not nerfed

    and they need to fix all the nb class bugs

    recipes you already learned have a "known recipe" in the upper left of the tooltip, motifs can't be learned a second time (gives "you already know that" msg), once you get eiditic memory you could check it there if it would working as intended. right now easiest is to makes a note and cross it off - it's only 13 motifs anyway ;)

    cool story. how about simply ignoring it? keeping features out of the game because you don't think you'll need them is rather silly, don't you think?

    Seems like ZOS is determined to take all the worst "features" from GW2:

    Nerfing PvP quest to be daily (and it counts it from when you turn it in, of all stupid things). They could have made it scale up so you needed double the player kills each time, or something, even. But no. A lazy daily timer.

    Adding AoE caps, despite them being totally broken and enabling cheating in PvP via turtling/stacking.

    Diminishing returns/global lockout timers on dungeon bosses and world bosses - this doesn't affect bots like it's supposed to AT ALL, but does make the game worse for all normal players.

    At this rate, all they need to do is add diminishing returns to normal mobs and quests and they've basically copied most of the worst features from GW2.

    Which is heavily why i left GW2, funnily..

    Well, all these notes are kinda irrelevant if you're in the EU as there's no one left by the time they go live LOL.

    The nice thing, well, the customary thing would have been to refund skill points for those skills that were nerfed. Whether you welcome the vampire nerf or not, at some point ESO will nerf skills that you/I use and they have set the precedence that if we would prefer to have a different morph as a result, or not have the new nerfed skill we must pay 100 gold/skill point allotted in total to reset that skill they nerfed. I am surprised I do not see everyone complaining about that. Everyone will be affected by this at some point, many times in all likelihood.

    I dont plan to wait around 5 or more weeks. I will not give more money for something I didnt brake, be told to WAIT while they fix it. Wait while bots make REAL money..

    You have to ask why cant ESO block WWW or the gold spam 3 a day I get? Yet my 3rd party mod can..huh? Before that I had to turn off ZONE chat because of gold spam. Now I HAVE to stand with the bots to get that ore or boss.. lol What makes this even worse are the ones that defend this.

    So yeah..they should do this but they wont. READ the 1.11 patch notes..nothing nothing in that will stop bots or gold spam.

    PTS Patch Notes v1.1.1

    OVERVIEW

    The Elder Scrolls Online v1.1.1 contains fixes and tweaks to issues reported from playtesting on the PTS, including adjustments to Craglorn and Trials. This version also has more fixes for non-Craglorn quest content.


    FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

    Alliance War
    General

    Increased the Veteran Point rewards for all quests that you pick up in towns in Cyrodiil.


    Audio
    General

    You'll no longer hear dialogue from certain NPC events (such as bandits attacking a merchant) when the NPCs involved are too far away.
    Fixed an issue where there were traces of German VO in the English version of the game.
    Fixed an issue with Dark Anchor sounds.
    Fixed some issues with audio inside buildings and other interior spaces.


    Combat & Gameplay
    General

    Fixed an issue where bash/interrupt could be used more frequently than intended when it was repeatedly engaged.
    Fixed an issue where ground target area-of-effect abilities could sometimes disappear before their full duration completed.


    Templar

    Prism: Fixed an issue where the Prism passive wasn’t properly adding Ultimate when the Dawn’s Wrath ability was cast.


    Group Content & Dungeons
    Trials – General

    Fixed an issue where monsters in Trials would become de-synchronized from their actual position and appear to be where they are not.
    The Thief now has a consistent name between Craglorn and the Trials.
    Fixed an issue where the Leaderboards would sometimes not show results.


    Trials – Aetherian Archive

    The Wispmother Valariel’s clones will no longer stack up on top of her. They will now correctly move to their intended destinations.
    You will now be able to revive if your group wipes during the Wispmother Valariel encounter.
    If your group wipes during the Celestial Mage event before the Mage has entered the fight, the event will now properly reset.
    Teleport pads in the Aetherian Archive will now work as intended.
    All bosses in the Aetherian Archive can now detect stealthed player characters.
    Fixed an issue where waves of monsters were incorrectly awarding loot and experience.
    You will no longer occasionally become stuck in combat while fighting Wispmother Valariel.


    Trials – Hel Ra Citadel

    You will now be able to revive if your group wipes during the Ra Kotu encounter.


    Dark Anchors

    Dark Anchors now reward all participants with chests from Coldharbour.


    Delves

    Delve bosses in Malabal Tor and Stormhaven no longer spawn as frequently.
    Delve bosses in Shadowfen now properly award achievement credit.


    Miscellaneous
    General

    Like treasure chests, heavy sacks are now lootable by all players in dungeons but the total spawned count per instance has been reduced.
    Fixed an issue where resurrecting other player characters would sometimes not work.
    You can no longer place multiple unique items in the bank.
    Fixed an issue where you could sometimes become dismounted from your horse by sprinting.
    Fixed an issue where weapons would periodically lose their charges.
    Crafting hireling mails no longer contain a loot box. Instead, they contain the random assortment of items which the box would have contained when you opened it. The items you receive in the mail are determined by the character for which the mail was intended.
    As a result of this change, the issue where hireling containers were sometimes empty has also been fixed.


    Quests
    Auridon

    Eye of the Ancients: The Welkynd Stones will no longer disappear if you die.
    Blessings of the Eight: You will now be able to enter the shrine.


    Bangkorai

    The Mystery of Razak: The Mold Slot can now be used more reliably.
    To Walk on Far Shores: Septima Tharn will no longer get stuck in the world.


    Craglorn

    The miniboss in Balamath will now properly spawn adds.
    Celestial rifts can now be activated by a single player.
    Craglorn delves and other interior spaces now have proper veteran rank entry requirements.
    Bosses in Craglorn around areas that you quest will now drop proper loot.
    You can no longer sneak past the boss guarding the Warrior’s Apex Stone. You must fight him like a true hero!
    Zal’ik’s spectral minions can no longer target you with multiple beams.
    We have improved general boss mechanics and AI to better adapt to player behavior.
    Fixed an issue where the compass pin for Shada’s Tear entrance would point you in the wrong direction.
    Adjusted the Vision of Shada that appears in Shada’s Tear so that she won’t despawn prematurely while you’re watching the theater scene.
    If you die during the fight with the atronach bosses inside the Mage’s Staff, you can no longer resurrect during combat.
    Adjusted the difficulty of the lamia bosses in Zalgaz’s Den.
    The Craglorn exploration achievements will now properly display in your journal.
    Defeating Yamanu-Ko in Elinhir will now properly progress the quest.
    Fixed an issue with a missing quest bestower for daily content in Shada’s Tear.


    Eastmarch

    The following achievements will now be properly awarded:
    Giant-Friend
    Skald-King's Salvation
    Skald-King's Arrow
    Merriment and Mystery: Goats will now stop following you if you abandon the quest.


    Grahtwood

    The Grip of Madness: Sheogorath will now properly teleport Aulus.
    The Unquiet Dead: It is now easier to interact with the altar.
    The Blacksap's Hold: You will now be able to enter the portal.


    Reaper’s March

    The Swordmaster Division: The spike traps will now register as a PvE death instead of a PvP death.


    Stormhaven

    Sir Hughes' Fate: Fixed an issue where an entire group would get teleported back to the infirmary while talking to Sir Hughes. Now only the player talking to Sir Hughes will get teleported.

    I think you're jsut looking at 1.1.1 which is an addon to 1.1 If you look at 1.1 (the original post) I think you will see more of what you seem to be seeking
