cyberjanet✭✭✭✭✭EU server. No friends. No guild. Someone in our guild posted about this problem so I logged in to check. I know I had very bad chat lag when I was finally able to log in earlier (servers came up about two hours after NA).
This IS a major public holiday in Europe. It seems we have to take a holiday from ESO as well.Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
