Chat delay 10 minutes, guilds disappeared, friends disappeared PC-EU after maintenance 6/10/2019

one of the guildies asked me yesterday on the eu guild, why do you play on two servers.

I boasted that i was a badass.

Now we see this.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom - I think patch maintenances are designed for repairing existing game problems, not creating tons of new bugs.
Imo all players should get amends in such, like today's, cases. For example 2 free crown crates to all players, doubled for ESO+ members

Free Day in Germany, all day long maintenance, now FL gone. Guilds gone and Campaigns gone so i cant even PvP.

A whole day is lost cause ZOS always destroys something with a patch.

Database tables for players containing friends and guilds as well as PvP were corrupted during the patch. Everything is being deleted, what people see are caches. A restore from backup will be done, and then everything will work again.
Also, there will be no compensations or amends, since this can happen in a computer environment.

Gotta love ZOS.

Sadly same issue for me. Everything was fine right after maintenance and now....poof.

Relogging, reloading UI, changing character - does not fix this.

Just grabbed my writs and called it a night, 5 hrs of play time down the drain.

really wtf!!??? i can't enter to any of my chars that were on cyrodill the last time i played (my mains basically) so i can only be on pve land with some ungeared char lol , also no friends on my friendlist, no guilds ,and the pvp campains are not showing for me. Really this is BS ,thanks god i dont spend any money on this game anymore i guess...

There will be no status updates. ZOS never does any, and Gina is probably asleep. It is night in the US... or early morning.
Regarding testing: This was an incident during the update itself, not something that broke due to the patch. So, testing would not have fixed this.

Update: We are currently working on a hotfix to address these issues. This won't require any downtime, but it will take at least a couple hours to stage and publish.

Watch it be yet another problem that we have to deal with until update 24 in 2020

They keep boasting about all the player growth and how much money they are making but wont do *** to improve major issues
