Yes, chapters. I received the Legs chapter. I have no idea if the entire book is available but I can vouch for chapters being included in the RNG mix.0 -

Well that supremely sucks. Guess I should just prepare myself not to have a complete motif collection after Summerset, because I'm not putting real money into that travesty ZOS calls a RNG.
