What is there to nerf? It's a reflectable, dodgeable, blockable, travel time, animation- and sound-telegraphed ultimate spell projectile that restricts you to one bar for the duration. Keep a few things in mind:
It's a GANK build. You typically hit people with their shields down.
The Spell Erosion star has diminishing returns. The less you have to focus on it and the more yoz can equally spread between all damage stars, the higher your total damage becomes. Also, Spinner's is the "purest" damage set available, with all boni increasing damage. All others typically have crit chance or other somewhere, except Necropotence.
Why would a magblade use Wiuard's? You already have two sources of Maim!
Blob hasn't invented Overload gank builds. But what he did was making use of Crystal BLAST, the red-headed step child that "no one is ever gonna use because of the cast time!". And that is truly hilarious!

Funny that you mention it, because I've already fought about 5 different AD magsorcs with this build in last 3 days... 100% kill rate needs adjustments

I think, this is a strategy. Blobs knows, that many people copy YouTuber builds and this way, he can deliver us many easy kills. I love it when you deliver a build, so you seem very social and helpful. But then I secretly laugh silently and enjoy the sight of them failing to copy the build, because people never understand that not even the best gear will make them better players.
I should make builds myself. Seeing people fail, fills me with a joy that I usually only feel when I see cats fall and hurt themselves.

Overload is a useless ult for everything but ganks. The third bar creates more problems than not.
It's time to re-work that skill. Make it a low-cost burst ulti. Remove all toggles, looking at Bound Armor especially.
The third bar is amazing, it’s just not worth giving resto ult for1 -

I said this would be OP when rune-cage was made unblockable/dodgeable.
Tried it for a bit and got a lot of instakills with wrath/curse/runecage/overload.. But it was clunky and I just didn't like the play style. An offensive overload bar setup gives you real defensive weaknesses.Minalan owes me a beer.

^ yup. This build can be used effectively (especially on console cause no add-ons), but is extremely player-dependent. You need to choose the right opportunities to strike and play smart. Also I’m sure most ppl copying this build get slaughtered by even a single player when caught, though in reality you can still beat all but the best/well built players with it in a 1v1.
Any issue ppl encounter when using it need to understand it’s 100% either user or Miat’s-based..... or lag-based too cause we play ESO and nothing in PvP makes sense when lag is bad enough

No, I'm pretty sure he's EU. I've been killed by strong overload attacks before (13k+), but usually it's from the middle of an Xv1. I'm being hard on him mostly because I find the title disagreeable, and the tone in his videos is pretty condescending.
