I said that is strange because i just recorded you getting the big burst heal from rally while we were fighting. No response after that...
40% uptime on snare, root, and CCimmunuty exists in another way that's not cheating
This was not 40% snare immunity uptime. This was a 3-4 minute fight with 100% uptime that I eventually just walked away from.
Try and focus on what he said, then imagine how he pulled off a burst heal by refreshing "forward momentum"...
Try and quell your fanboism long enough to consider, he might be a cheater. And yes, I have considered he may not be before you jump in with the 'No You' argument.
Stamina wardens have a class-based burst heal (Soothing Spores) and don't need Rally at all. Have you considered this at all?
Lol...its awesome when the streamer fanbois are willing to dream up anything so their hero can save face.
Let me ask you, what made you think he was playing a warden at the time?
So what class, build setup was it?

Focus on what was presented. I have noticed it as well. He literally is immune nearly 100% of the time. He also has an extremely high chance of dodge.
Lets just discuss the immunity. Watch his stream and watch how rarely he gets snared or cc'd. Explain that to me please?

Wow this thread is still going, let me break ESO PvP players down for you
Group A: These people are casuals and its not a bad thing, they are the meat and potato's of Cyrodiil. Maxed an alt or two, so the story is meh, probably wrapped clockwork city, did a undaunted daily or two and now just want to futz around on their main. They used to be the minority (think back a few years if youve been here) they are now the majority of the cyrodiil player base.
Group B: These people and their buddies group all the time and head out to cyro. Might be once a week, a raid night, might be every night. These people rely on others to succeed. Again, not a bad thing at all its necessary really. This can be anyone from duo's, to guilds running.
Group C: dedicated PVP players. These are the people who log into ESO because when they first played they were blown away by the combat and its still pretty dam good. Some of these people move in out of group B and D but they log in for PVP. They will do PVE for something they need in cyro but for the most part this is all they do. These are good players who understand timing, most of these people can animation cancel, understand movement and LOS and generally put up a fight. They will loose to Group A's zergs and Group B if they are solo but they can hold their own.
Group D : The 1% these are the people who spend hours prefecting rotations, test skills for effect, test gear these are the min maxers. They can literally do it all and have. They have hours and hours on their toons, they might even have their lovers IRL call them by their toons names when intimate because they are often thinking about ESO PVP, their toon and how to kill yours.
Group E: the 1% of the 1% these are your streamers often, these are the people that derive an income from their game play. Now there are people in this group that dont make money off it (think ZED vivec pc fans) but this group has to be the best, has to have BIS and has a network of people in game helping them achieve it. Multiple gold sets, Maelstrem weapons, your choice of monster set.
Kodi is a group E guy, hes good he has all the skills of the other groups but his motivation extends beyond being good in game, its income. Alcast, Deltia, Sypher all these players at one time or another were top of what they did.
Always follow the money kids, lol.

I have better thing to do with my time than watching someone else play ESO. If you feel that strongly, then break the video down and highlight glaring inconsistencies and post it on non-ESO format like youtube where you won't be breaking the code of conduct on these forums. When it comes to accusations of cheating, the burden needs to be on the accuser and "it looks fishy on his stream" does not constitute nearly enough evidence.
I will say this. Just about every stamina character I fight seems to be immune to snares. I apply Sunfire, a 40% snare, against every opponent on cooldown and my sweeps supposedly snare them by 70% (!), yet that does not stop or even impede them from rolling away, running around trees, and kiting me with zero issues whatsoever. I don't know how they do it, but I just assume that every stamina character I fight will always evade my charges and my jabs if they want to. So I do not find what people say about Kodi doing this exceptional.
I do not doubt that some people cheat. And I can see why because some high profile NA PC players were caught, that it put a cloud of suspicion over all good NA PC players. These high profile players I never trust again. But I operate under the policy of innocent until proven guilty. Only when someone is grossly abnormal and there is much evidence presented by many people, as in the case of the infamous double B EP sorcerer duo, do I take these accusations seriously.
The fact of the matter is that the vast majority of players have an over-inflated assessment of their own skill and a downright comical disregard of most other players skill. Lag, exploits, allegedly OP skills, Zos catering to casuals, macros, and hacks are all common accusations that people devise in order to reconcile how it was they lost to what they think is an inferior player.
Not only that, people who have played this game everyday for years are going to be far more knowledgeable of the mechanics and their instincts in critical situations are going to be on point, which will make them do things that are seemingly beyond the capability of people who have not PvPed every day for over three years. Especially if their experience is open world and outnumbered; they are going to be able to survive encounters that seem inconceivable to the vast majority of the ESO community.
If cheating is as rampant as some people believe, then these cheaters need to get better cheat programs. I don't cheat, I play on a laptop, I play with a $15 generic mouse, my ping is so bad the game just logs me out at least twice a night, I am old enough that I can tell my eyesight and reflexes are not what they once were, my motor coordination is terrible, and yet it is very rare I ever feel outmatched. I do get beat, but I can almost always attribute my loses to mistakes I make or just a bad match-up. Since I know it's possible to be good at this game without cheating and even without a very good system, I'm going to harbor doubts unless the evidence of someone cheating comes from multiple sources and is compelling.
How would you like it if someone called you a hack because of what they saw on a stream? I'm guessing you would't appreciate it. I just think people should follow the Golden rule here. Calling a gamer a cheat is a very serious accusation. I'm not saying you are wrong because I don't know. I am saying people should provide evidence, something on a level beyond telling me to watch a stream, to back up it up.

You forgot group F. The group that will believe anything told to them. The Fanbois.
You are the very definition of a fanboi. Try to actually think. Gold sets and perfect rotations do not give you 100% dodge, cc immunity, or ridiculous regen for that matter.
If you were here when the CE scandal happened then you should know. PvP was night and day different for about a week or 2. This player and his good friend Jules were hittable and killable all of a sudden.
Unfortunately it didn't take long for the CE workaround to be found. It was the cleanest pvp I saw in this game for that 1 week period.

Its not about overestimating ones skill in this case. If you have 10 players beating on someone and they receive 0 cc's or dodge everything that is proof.
What proof would you prefer? CE can be manipulated to not be detected once again. I am sorry but in what world is video (streaming) not evidence?

Of course media influence is real. But this has nothing to do with @Joy_Division ‘s statement that simple minded peon type people often ascribe to conspiracy theories what they can’t intellecutually fathom. In the same way that garbage tier players accuse others of cheating when in reality they just are incompetent and frustrated.
The subject here is people who use conspiracies/magic/cheating accusations to rationalize ideas that they struggl to comprehend, not the object that they rationalize it with.

I was fighting him one day in cyro and msg him after I noticed something odd. I asked him how he can be immune to snares and root constantly while he fights. I knew what he would say, of course he told me forward momentum...
He was playing his stamblade with 2h and if i remember correctly, bow back bar.
He doesn't use forward momentum on his stamblade since he's in medium on that class.....

That was my whole *** point. He uses rally and told me forward momentum was how he was getting all that sexy root and snare immunity. Cmon be a learner. Its no wonder you tools dont see cheating that is going on right in front of you.

Joy I usually enjoy reading your posts and agree most of the time. But cannot on this one. Dredlord made a valid point. Watch Kodi's streams. Forget about latency and all that.
Focus on what was presented. I have noticed it as well. He literally is immune nearly 100% of the time. He also has an extremely high chance of dodge.
Lets just discuss the immunity. Watch his stream and watch how rarely he gets snared or cc'd. Explain that to me please?
I understand what you are saying and appreciate it. However, watching a stream is evidence. You can see it with your own eyes. I would break it down but I am currently out to sea.
Its not about overestimating ones skill in this case. If you have 10 players beating on someone and they receive 0 cc's or dodge everything that is proof.
What proof would you prefer? CE can be manipulated to not be detected once again. I am sorry but in what world is video (streaming) not evidence?

In this way you can land 5+ skills on an enemy in less than a second and they will see *ZERO* animation, then be instantly dead.
I don't personally do this because I consider it cheating, but it's incredibly common in PvP.

Yeah sry I didn't read your first post since you come off as a rather angry and overly emotional person.
I agree with you though.
If it occured like you said.
He played stamblade.
He was snare and cc immune constantly for 3 to 4 minutes.
He replied he used forward momentum when you sent him tells.
If this is true you're correct.
But judging from how you reply to people in this thread and your lack of social skills you seem to be a very immature individual so I think in your case it's just the Dunning-Kruger effect.
The other people in this thread like @ShadowProc have much better arguments for your case since they don't resort to let their emotions get in the way.
Maybe you can learn something from them for future reference.

You can amend that to the average player is garbage period. Console pugs seem just as bad, if not worse.
The exception of course is the PC EU server where apperently every single pug is a god tier player and 1vX is completely impossible. Source: EU small scalers.

I think the skill level is similar.
The following is just my opinion after playing on both pc and console
However, I think the fact that PC players get add-ons that allow the to intricately construct their UI to show exactly what they want in a clean, clear, and concise manner, much the way Kodi does, have an advantage over the top tier console players despite arguably similar skill levels. Since tracking and managing buffs, customizing a specific UI to fit your pvp needs, and managing input from these add-ons is "high level play" in this game, its a benefit that widens the gap between pugs and elite.

What about those who don't use add-ons?
