I play on console, but what I miss the most about my PC days is having my G11 keyboard run a 5 buff rotation on DAoC or something similar on UO. Some of y'all know what games I'm talking about. No question I would do the same on ESO so why wouldn't they?! 2 -

I'm not a fan boy, in fact, in my circle of friends we laugh when he publishes a build, because they're usually just OK.
However, "he lied to me about what mechanics he's using" isn't valid. If you've got the video I'd love to see it though

Not defending anyone here but sometimes we get a lot of messages while trying to PvP and while I usually don't respond, sometimes when I do I will answer with the wrong morph because my brain doesn't function that quickly. I still say dark deal all the time even though I mean to say conversion. He could be using pots and rally and just say fwd momentum but meaning rally.

Yeah man, I'm running CE on Xbox. I also have macros to animation cancel all my skills too. I've also got a program that makes my skill bars show different icons than the skills I'm actually using. And I've figured out how to enable console commands and given myself and all my friends infinite gold. OH, plus I've hacked myself a flying mount and a real dragon pet! when I'm in wayrest all the kids be like "woah, where'd you get that dragon"

Yeah man, I'm running CE on Xbox. I also have macros to animation cancel all my skills too. I've also got a program that makes my skill bars show different icons than the skills I'm actually using. And I've figured out how to enable console commands and given myself and all my friends infinite gold. OH, plus I've hacked myself a flying mount and a real dragon pet! when I'm in wayrest all the kids be like "woah, where'd you get that dragon"

People understand what you're saying. Nobody believes you have the ability to accurately interpret what you're witnessing. Seriously just clip a video where you see what you say you see and post it. Until then this whole discussion isn't very constructive.
He claims to have evidence then refuses to show or even link us a clip showing said evidence. Then he claims he's got too much work to do but he's here expecting me to sift through hours upon hours of footage to prove him right.
He wants to take me being civil about my feelings towards this streamer as me being a fan boy, I'm literally begging him for a chance to believe him because I think it would be hilarious if he's right. But the burden of proof is on you when you make an accusation of cheating and thus far there is no proof.
Thats the problem though. It is extremely difficult to detect CE. Just enough to get an edge in stats. In a game always following the meta you can just feel the difference when fighting him and others.
We say watch the stream because you can literally see the macroes and the difference in survivability whwn fighting outnumbered.
You should have saw the difference in how killable this player and the girl were after the CE scandal.
If i recall correctly they were both gone from,the game for 2-4 weeks right after that as well.
Your arguments are terrible. A macro in a game with an active combat system like ESO would not give you any advantage, it would only hinder you. Macro's are used in the types of games where you have many skills, but all of them operate under lengthy and varrying cool-downs. Often times in those games having a perfected rotation is what gives an advantage. This isn't the same in ESO, you hit someone with a wrecking blow and then press leap to kill them.
And if you recall 2-4 weeks after the CE weekend, Dark Brotherhood dropped with big changes to the game. Every stamina player went from using and surviving in medium armor, to learning that medium was too susceptible to newer higher burst damage of that patch, and everyone eventually started switching to heavy armor.
We all know that you are BS'ing based on the very things you say, if you want to prove that someone is cheating record their stream and make a video breaking down why you think it's cheating. You won't or actually cannot do this, because you literally wouldn't know what you're talking about in the first place.

If you can't prove something is a thing, maybe that's because it isn't a thing. On one hand you're telling people to watch Kodi stream to see evidence of him cheating, and then when we explain you need to prove this you claim it's impossible based on video alone.

Stamina wardens have a class-based burst heal (Soothing Spores) and don't need Rally at all. Have you considered this at all?
