Because there are quite a few posts saying exactly this and how the OP and the rest of us are very aware of it. I just wondered if you'd read them or not before saying the same thing but not offering anything constructive.

im not reading thru a 4pg thread on a pointless topic thx, just wanted to say you cant give feedback to someone who doesn't want (or wont use) any feedback. if you and op were already of that you wouldn't waste your time lmao

Thanks for your consideration. If you consider it pointless, I wonder why you commented? lol! We are well aware that ZoS will have to want our feedback and that is why the OP and subsequent posters have talked about the need for positive and constructive feedback of a mature nature. I have had whispers from ZoS that they have been burnt doing this before and therefore will want to see that it is only for the good of the PvP community and the furtherment of the game before they will consider co-operating in any further discussion.
so sorry i hurt your positivity kena, ill leave you to your fantasy world where zos makes regular changes based on pvp'ers feedback

Those here since the beginning know that unlike most other MMO's, for whatever reason these developers do not communicate with their players. There should be quick, minor balance patches instead of these drastic, often not fully tested, patches that break more stuff.
At this point literally the most important factor, and probably only one, is will a decision create more revenue for the company. Feedback is unwelcome. They create feedback threads and then do not respond to any of it.
This game is a shadow of its former self at launch. Destroyed. Now it is a means to an end for most that are left, as they wait patiently for the next MMO of its kind. But make no mistake, when it comes we are gone.
To the OP, I applaude your effort. Don't take what Braidas pointed out personally. He has been here since the beginning, and was trying to save your breath and others.

Ive been here since the beginning. and I have seen both major improvements and some silly mistakes. I really care about this game and its future. I have fostered a community and put myself SECOND for over 3 straight years. as such, this is my opportunity to represent something I've built and invest in on a daily basis. and I'd rather say i tried then not.
if this gets big, and ZOS takes notice and works with the players, dont you want to be there saying "i was there, I helped" ?

i commented to tell ppl it is pointless...lol!
they've been burnt? only positive and mature? that's interesting. @Nivellan way to go alacrity you ruined it for everyone bc you hurt some devs feelings

No idea what you're talking about
I also find the idea that they're listening more now lacking @KenaPKK
ZOS has received feedback from numerous PvP guilds before, a nice bit of them were invited to the guild summit too. There's never been a lack of feedback from the community the issue was always what feedback ZOS listened to, or what changes they made that absolutely no one asked for. We had a fine game before and it's taking years to try and get back there.

The evidence is right in front of you. I already explained it. You have to look past "before" and see what they've done more recently.
I understand if that's difficult after being ignored for years. That's the same issue Braidas is having. But in order to move forward, we have to see ZOS in light of their recent actions and patches.
We're in the middle of a well executed and already highly successful PvP holiday event for goodness' sake. Look how deliberately it's timed. A bunch of new players just bought the game with the Morrowind release and have had the perfect amount of time since the patch to level their characters through casual questing and exploration before becoming curious about what's next.
Sorry for the confusion - I have an invite just is there going to be a specific time to get together for discussions?

I've been in guild meetings with ZOS since craglorn patch, so I think I know a little bit. I didn't say they ignored feedback because they don't. They listen to all feedback. When I say "the issue is what feedback they listened to" I mean it in they chose to take that feedback into consideration for the development of the game over what was better feedback.

Seems they've chosen pretty good feedback to listen to lately. Sustain constrictions, heavy armor nerfs, proc set nerfs, Midyear Mayhem. They're improving and listening better than in the past. That's my whole point.
Now let's reach out and try to make it more of a two-way conversation.

I like what they're doing next patch but it's only going to fix so much. The balance in the game is out of whack and the only part of the game that kind of shines is small group fights. There's nothing to be seen in the patch notes for next patch that will suggest that changes. The majority of changes are going to more balance those small group fights and something will imbalance cyrodiil on a whole even more. Battlegrounds are a failure because they can't keep peoples' interest.
I'm waiting for a good patch that doesn't have zos also sticking their foot in their mouth. I feel we're moving in the right direction but there's always that which we have to deal with.
edit: There's nothing to be lost by doing this whole thing. Just pointing things out. One mistake can always, and has, ruined many good things in this game.
