Xanti is still banned, someone else need to take over
Don't read the spoiler.Incoming - ZOS' brilliant moderator with green copy+paste message regarding necro threads and pointing out to some noob bug thread instead.
- Update 23Ice Furnace: This item set now grants Spell Damage, rather than Weapon Damage for the 4 piece bonus
Halls of Fabrication (Infight Bug) - Quite frequently it happens that you cannot resurrect even after the full group dies. This seems to only happen after the third boss, there seems to be something (possibly related to the spinning blades or lightning beams) that keeps the group in fight.
one thing about vHoF:
rezzing at 4th boss doesn't work a lot of times. when trying to rez nothing happens and the character gets stuck for the duration a rez would usually take.

I would remove the world exploit from your title.
Cheers!

It was odd that it was marked as stolen to begin with: I got it from a master chest in a public dungeon. I've never before opened a regular, locked chest and had anything that I took from it be marked as stolen .
When I tried to launder it last night, it said I couldn't launder that item. So I tried to sell it and it said I couldn't sell that item. It was about 10-10:30 pm PST and I'd been playing since about 7 so my 160 allowable fence items (which I hadn't used the day before anyway) should have rolled over.
So I tried to launder and then sell to the fence the item in question this morning. Same deal. But this time I took a screenshot, which shows all my unused fence transactions.
This happened with another item a couple of days ago, something that I knew was stolen, but I didn't keep track of it.
