We need to ask if everyone is ready to join the Battleground, otherwise you could be ported over if you're in the middle of doing something else (killing a boss, looting a chest, etc).

By the way, that statement is in itself so hilarious it should get stickied permanently as an all time forum gem. Let's meditate a bit.
1. You release BG with a non functional queuing system even if you queue solo, but at least you can get into it after hitting join queue 50 times and with some luck.
2. People report the bug and complain. You state in your "known issues" that the system is not working "sometimes".
3. You issue a hotfix. The hotfix doesn't actually fix anything but breaks solo queuing even more too.
4. You issue a patch after 2 weeks of early access. You claim that most problems are fixed but you are still working on fixing it further.
5. People report that queuing is still not possible as premade group. You come out and claim the system is working as intended because someone was "legitimately" declining for the message to appear.
6. People post details and a video proving that this was just plain wrong.
7. You tell us that - after 3 weeks (!) - the lead PvP designer somehow ran into this as well and that you' "just" have to find the source of the issue now and fix it.
What did we learn? You claimed to have fixed an issue for 3 weeks that you didn't actually fix but tried to make it look like that it was an issue solely on the player's end. Apart from the bugs itself this is a grand fiasco in communication. Once again you dropped the ball ZOS. Well played.

NO ETA.
Maybe my words are being misconstrued. Treating our community contacts respectfully has absolutely nothing to do with the games functionality, they relay information and do not deserve misdirected aggression.ThyIronFist wrote: »Being frustrated some individuals are lacking etiquette when voicing their concerns. I have been here since beta and when do us normal players, that pay for this broken crap every month, get the respect we deserve for still testing an expansion that is still in apparent beta?
