My first vMA clear was on a 45k HP Blazplar with 5x Leeching Plate, 2x Grothdarr, 5x Soulshine on DW bar, 2x Endurance on shield bar. Was pretty easy way to deal with 300-350 ping and stupid deaths that result from that on a squishier toon. No no death run yet, only did it around 5 times before I got bored, might go back on magicka sorc if I need anything from it.

My monster helm and shoulder were light and medium for undaunted mettle, unsure if that disqualifies me from your question XD.

Well at least u did it on sun shield build. U mostly do is what spam ur sun shield skill? And probably the final boss with the crystals took a while.

Most damage was still done with dark flare, soul assault and radiant oppression. vMA is setup super weird in my opinion, there are so few times when you have multiple targets to deal with (Ice Rink, Igneous Cistern and last round have the most? (the poison island one also but the damage in there is super low)).

Final boss is actually laughably easy on Blazplar, all the mechanics work to your advantage
1) Crem Gaurds - bring them to whatever you want to kill and just reflect all that damage out
2) Crystals - normal skills when environmental damage is low, blazing shield when it gets higher (I do usually do the top section in 2 goes though, cause the wall gets too fast XD)
3) Summoners / Bone Colossus - a few of my clears I actually failed to kill both summoners and the Colossus spawned, healing and/or defense sigil and Blazplar is unkillable long enough to drop the Colossus and finish the boss.

I guess #3 highlights the builds primary drawback also, it does lack on demand dps. Passes Ice Rink dps check fine, and final stage dps check isn't a "you lose" cause you can comfortably kill the Colossus XD.

Its a bit time ago, that i did that, but it should work well anymore.

Probably a lot of people has completed it on a mag toon with Rattlecage gear.

Lol didnt even know there spawns a second summoner.
Usually i just ignore The 1st and kill boss

Skaffa did a flawless run with a heavy armor mDK Sword and Board.
Skoria x2, Tavas Favor x5, Willpower x3 and Torugs Pact x2

Cool. Too bad for next patch u have to run a staff.

Thunderbug Leeching plate and Bloodspawn. Flawless run on my DK.
