Do non level 50 characters benefit from the champion points they can place in the system or will that only affect them once they reach 50 and have CP levels?

Only when you reach lvl 50, i think.
With 1T you just get scaled to cp160, like you would in dungeons before the update.( ﾉ ﾟｰﾟ)ﾉ My Copying Skills Are Great ヽ(ﾟｰﾟヽ)
