OVERVIEW
The Elder Scrolls Online v2.5.4 is our last incremental patch on the PTS. In this update, you’ll find some small fixes in the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild DLC game packs, plus a number of fixes for general gameplay. The size of this patch is approximately 145MB.

    • Fixed an issue where the Order of the Hour style was incorrectly named the "Akatosh" style. Though the Order of the Hour is closely associated with Akatosh, the style is not directly wrought by his hand.
    • Updated the chapters of the Minotaur style to have their correct text. They now contain the writings of Nonus Caprenius, Temporarily Unaffiliated Scholar of Imperial Antiquities.
      • Note: These are not yet localized in the German and French game clients.

    So this is no longer a DPS race provided you have >4 people up at any given time? Good. She's unnecessarily hard because of all the stuff going on in addition to having to deal with pins.

    ZOS being ZOS again . Normal mode is giving the purple jewelry already . Why do you nerf the hard content ? Our group at first time , we wiped at Ozara for 3-4 hours . Not even talking about the other times . You know for what ? All because of the very little difference between purple and gold jewelry . You should be awarding progressive players for their effort . Casual players can still use purple jewelry . That is the point of playing a MMORPG . You need to give everything you got to get the best . There was no need to nerf hard content . I don't even know why I am still bothering about this , you guys nerfed vCoA while it was being done solo ...

    Note : I don't mean any offense to casual players . It just doesn't feel so nice when you spend hours to take down a boss and that boss gets a huge nerf .

    Still no toggle for that ugly block visual and other VFX in 3rd person mode. Seriously, it detracts from immersion and it's not needed...
      PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester

      Better yet, just make the bonuses apply when on bar (ala magelight/Evil Hunter.) I hate accidentally disabling Bound Armor if bar switch doesn't fire. It's not a skill that needs a visual. No one's going to fight you differently in PvP just because you have a couple more thousand stam, ~4% more mitigation and a slightly boosted heavy attack.

      damn you nobs....I almost never see people used it without zerg siege keep or to def keep. I used it only to def keeps and it working good...I have no only one time stopped groups who trying go into keep when they was outnumbered.......I just stoping then under oil....when they killed me because not enoug heal etc..I saw a moment later how this zerg comming to keep and without bombard with oil they pretty easy got keep. If they was good zerg this bombard also not doing to much to stop them.
      Now it will be just useless morph for me...because inside keeps are caltrops 24/7 so no more root from bombard to def thanks.

      @Wrobel please make Minor Slayer and Aegis to affect pvp. With revamp of old sets they all, including trial sets, will become very strong for pvp, unlike sets from MoL.

      Battle Resurrection and Imperial Physique no longer functioning in vWGT & vICP ----> Very good

      It should never affect on pvp, minor slayer gear is not everyone have and even on trials it should be limited to bosses only.

      Awesome patch. I can pvp again now. I went from PvPing almost everyday to PvPing maybe once every two weeks with the bombard meta.

      Well that's patently absurd. It's too weak to only influence damage on bosses, and the choice to make it work on all mobs is an indirect answer to concerns posted by @Gilliamtherogue who (while I don't entirely agree) made some excellent points on the level of increased difficulty of the mobs as well as bosses. This makes the gear useful in providing fun and long content without the grind the mobs in Vet Maw, Vet Sanctum, and soon to be Hel Ra and Archive have become.
