here my thoughts:
- it looks cheap. not much effort put into it and not thought through, e.g. respawns look like a big joke. a little question here: how close do you have to be to respawn there? or is it possible over the whole map?
- could it be that 2 towns are way closer to the AD base and that might pose an advantage?
- I'm missing a purpose as well, if it is as you describe (besides buying armor). but I seriously dislike your suggestion with the decreased camp respawn time. camps are still cancer to the game and if left in the game the timer should be increased and not decreased at all. ZOS tells us to spread to reduce the lag / performance issues and came back with camps, which actually leads to even more players at the same spot. if you want to go down that road, increase your enemies respawn timer in camps for 1 or 2 minutes for each town captured. but don't reduce the respawn time as it is already a joke in its current state.

You can respawn from all over Cyrodiil when your faction owns the town. I am not sure if you still can respawn if it is under attack tho. I really hope not. Otherwise we will se Imp City Respawn stupidity haha.
Either it could be an advantage for AD or a nice chance and DC and EP might finally change their focus. Yet the Towns do not really offer anything beside a Respawn point. So no real advantage from having those.
Hmm good idea, ye increase instead of decrease, I like that idea.. Didnt they increase the Respawn timer to 5min now on PTS, I thought I read smth somewhere?
