Treasure hunter CP's perk does not work correctly

Look like this perk does not effect all jewelry and Glyphs

From my experience it caps out at Superior(Blue) quality outdoors and Epic(purple) in dungeons. I'm not sure if it also increases the amount of items you can get out of a chests, but my last Master chest gave me 4 blue items, a treasure map, and 2 miscellaneous stuff; that's a lot of crap.

It would take a sample of chests at various levels opened with and without the passive to really see it there is a change.

yeah it gave me the same quality as before I have this perk

As said by smasher, OBS is a really good program for recording gaming, look it up on you tube to get assistance setting it up.

I used treasure hunter a lot in the past in wrothgar and noticed more items and of better quality ( purple) and more set pieces

It is not supposed to affect Item sets. Otherwise it would lead to super-rare Jewelry options which wont be possible otherwise.

I get a few extra blues and the occasional purple now so it seems like it's working. I don't think the perk is necessarily the problem, it's that 99% of world loot is deconn fodder so it's sorta worthless.
