    No. They're "soft CC" which does not have a cool down.

    Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
    Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer
    Leonin - Khajiit Warden - Tank

    They should have a cooldown though, ever since they changed dodge rolling to have a penalty when spamming it. Dodge rolling is the only way out of these for many builds.

    It's bad design to change the active defence against roots without changing how roots work.

    That someone could be dodge rolling and break free every time. Or that someone could equip skills that provide immunity to the root. Easy for stamina builds. Not so much for magicka.

    No ones suppose to get away from a fight in this game I guess. Considering streak's cost increase and gap closers with 60% unpreventable snares without penalty whatsoever

    as a magicka class it is sometimes very annoying when you dodge roll from one bombard to the next... bowtards everywhere...

    in combination with the new negate this gets even better. balance by the Wrobler...
