The secrets of the Akaviri crafting style have been uncovered by scholars on the front lines of the Alliance War!
Siege merchants in Cyrodiil will sell chapters of the Akaviri Style for large amounts of Alliance Points.
To learn an Akaviri style chapter, you must have at least Rank 9 in at least one of the Metalworking, Tailoring, or Woodworking passives.
The merchants will also sell the raw style material needed to craft Akaviri items, Ancient Scale, for a modicum of Alliance Points.
You must refine ten Ancient Scales together into one Goldscale in order to use it in crafting Akaviri arms and armor.
Once refined together into Goldscale, the item is immediately bound to your account. If you wish to trade them, you must do so in their unrefined form!

Two of us took it on and it took us about 10 mins I think to finally finish wave after wave of adds, then the Boss was a absolute beast.
Most fun I've had in a long time...kinda reminds me of how tough things used to be back at launch.

Thing is tho, they have little other income. You know how expensive it is for a full-time pvper to maintain Tri pots, Detect pots, buff pots, food, Get gear (esp since most of it has to come from pve).
They don't spend much time farming, crafting, etc. I'm one of the rare ones that has fully leveled crafters and it's because I do both pve and pvp.
Selling AP is pretty much the only way they get gold at all. Since the PVP sets have been made obsolete, their income is nil.
This is a welcome sight for them and likely exactly why ZOS did it.
