    Not sure. I believe I was in a major city.

    -When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    I have had issues in the days/weeks prior with getting kicked, but I voluntarily logged out last night around 11pm EST, and was unable to log back in today.

    -Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? No

    We're aware that many of you are still experiencing issues when attempting to log into the console megaservers. We don't currently have an update, but rest assured that we are still investigating. That said, we'd like to get some information from you that will assist us:
    • Which console are you on?
    • What is your geographic location?
    • What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game?
    • When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    • Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    We understand this is very frustrating, and appreciate your understanding and patience while we continue to dig into this issue. Moving forward, we'll provide any updates in this thread.

    • New York City
    • One in EP, another in AD; both have the same issue if trying to go to another sub-area that require screen loading, e.g. fence, dungeon, fast-travel, etc.
    • Aug 7, Friday, ~8pm EDT; yes, 1/3 chance to log onto server, 1/5 chance to load character, but loading screen issue never work no matter what

    My character was never stuck in the first place, they thought it was, so they moved her under stonefalls. When she already was in stonefalls. But if you're in the cursed area, where it won't load at all, have them move it to stonefalls (EP) auridon(AD) glenumbra(DC)

    Storm haven is a cursed zone according to some reports.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? I was first kicked while in a party trying to enter a dungeon with them.
    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? Yes I have and recieved a message to check my port forwarding and internet connection.

    I tried today and the loading screen after choosing NA servers is all I see. I can't log in.... 2 days straight...

    wish it was that easy, both of my characters are in the same spot, can only log 1 in.

    -Friday around 11pm, tried using wayshrine in Daggerfall to travel to Bangkorai and got booted. Hardly, when I do get on I can't travel anywhere without it booting me.

    -What's the point when all we get is the same answers that clearly don't help and have nothing to do with what's going on? Consulate my console manufacturer? Yeah because thousands of people all of a sudden are having the same console issues. BS.

    I was kicked around 9 am EST, I have been able to log in occasionally but as soon as this character leaves the zone he gets kicked. I can log into my other character and he can teleport sometimes.

    This is crazy! I made another character and was playing for about 20 minutes and tried to go into Daggerfalls Castle and got booted. Tried again and I got booted again. My main character is vr3 and I'm trying to finish Cadwells Silver in Bangkorai. ESO Plus Member and I can't do anything. Reminds me of the GTA Online days.

    - The last thing I currently did in game was questing in Reaper's March last night. 8/8/2015

    [*] When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    - The first time I was kicked from the game was Saturday, 8/8/2015 around 9AM GMT while teleporting from Cyrodiil (Thornblade) to Mournhold via wayshrine.

    [*] Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    - No I have not, I don't see a need to this is obviously a known issue.

    Notes
    - If I do not log into the EU server before trying to log into the NA server, I will not get in - this is true for every log in attempt to the NA server when starting the application for the first time or restarting it. When I do use this method, I only get in about 90% of the time though.

    - Once I have made it into the NA server, if I get DC'd I can log back in right away. No need to log into the EU server unless I restart the app

    - Once completely logged into my character and in the game, it's pretty hit or miss what I am able to do. Most of the time a majority of the wayshrines in zones are not working and they will DC me. To circumvent this I can use a different wayshrine within the zone, once I pass the zones load screen I can then freely teleport to the wayshrine within the zone that was DC-ing me before.
    Example: Using Davon's Watch wayshrine will DC me. I log back in and port to a different wayshrine in Stonefalls, if it does not DC me and I pass the load screen, I can then use the wayshrine I just traveled to, to successfully travel to Davon's Watch wayshrine. If it does DC me, I try another different wayshrine within the zone. This has been working for me for the past day, at least one wayshrine in every zone actually works and lets you in, the others drop you from the server.

    Xbox one, Michigan, leaving a delve/ auridon, Saturday morning/ after about 4 tries but I get booted each time I get a load screen.

    Friday August 7th 3am central standard time and Yes but maybe for about5 minutes less if i try to enter building or fast travel and not until after 10 failed log in attempts

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? No havent made a ticket since there are so many tickets already filed on this subject

    Actions: Always either trying to leave a dungeon or exit a dungeon for Glenumbra.
    Re-login: Am able to get back to where I was, but if I repeat the enter/exit request, game disconnects
    Support ticket: no

    There's a clear problem between entering/exiting between a large world area and a dungeon - specifically, those close to Daggerfall. My guess is that the world area is prepared for (x) players and the dungeons are prepared for (y) players, but there are way more players than expected trying to access those dungeons. I never have a problem in the large world area. It's always the smaller maps off the main world. It appears when one tries to enter/exit a highly populated dungeon, there's a timeout. Perhaps if the timeout were lengthened and/or the capacity of the dungeon were increased the problem would be alleviated. Or, create more instances of the dungeon, each with the max number of players.

    -Yes. And have responded to each question asked of me. And followed recommended fixes with no results.

    Can't log in at all now. It just sits at the initial loading screen forever, and doesn't time out.

    I haven't created a ticket because this is obviously a widespread problem- there is no point.

    since this morning I've been unable to get past the loading character screen it just boots be back to start and says it can't connect to game server

    I am curious if the issue lies with just transferred character. I transferred my account from PC to Xbox One back in June when it became available for me to. I followed all of the instructions and successfully transferred my saved game data over. I started playing on just fine, flawlessly in fact. However, it seems that only my transferred characters are having this issue. My two new characters that I created on Xbox One seem to be working fine. Granted they are low level. Just a thought.

    Log in delayed significantly or error. Port to any delve or dungeon kicks yout of tge game.
    Around 7:30 pm EST Friday 8/7 could not log in until 10pm, then experienced disconnects and delayed login. Saturday morning log in delays and disconnects, starting with Saturday afternoon unable to log in. Sunday 6pm still can't log in.
    3 tickets, 2 of them were closed by automated "check your connection" response, one was closed by generic "we are aware of the issue" response.
    It's been over 2 days already. Extremely disappointed with the service. I canceled my ESO+ sub due to your inability to deliver proper customer service.

    I am able to log in with all my low level toons if I keep trying and then when I try to log into one of my veterans in the veterans areas it starts the loading problems all over again. Then I have to keep logging in and backing out until it goes through and gives me charter access again. If I avoid both my Vet characters there is no issues, it is just when I attempt to log in as one of them.

    The problem started with some pretty bad lag while crafting in Rawl kha, when I logged out and back in I began to have the same trouble as everyone else with loading screens.
    First time kicked was yesterday around noon I think, and yes I've managed to get back in once or twice and I was able to play a new character, but with the same load screen issues.
    Yes, I created a ticket yesterday. I was given the same cookie cutter response as some other people. Check the connection on my end and refer to the console manufacturer.

    Any estimate on a fix?

    This is the same thing as asking how many people does it take to turn a light bulb. Seriously how many people giving you the same G-damn information does it take before you decide to call people in on the weekend or take resources off of watching your precious PTS server to get this fixed. You are basically telling us to go F-off until the (11th for xbox and 12th!! For ps4) before you even attempt a reset?!? Yeah time to support a different developer.
