Got kicked trying to fast travel at way shrine first time, now stuck on landing screen trying to leave delve in storm haven.
When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
Started getting kicked Sat night around 6pm, few times I could get in it kicked me when trying to leave the area I was in.
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?

What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game? - I wasusing a wayshrine from Deshan to Devan's Watch and got booted during the loading screen. Now I can barely get back into the game, and when I do it crashes again each time I go through a loading screen. I have deleted and re-downloaded the game and am still having issues.
When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? - a couple times but I still get booted during every loading screen and have to try 10+ times before i can get back in.
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? - still trying to get in the game to do so.

What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game? Trying to zone from shadowfen to Deshaan. Stormhold.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Yesterday, around 1430 EST. I can get in periodically, but as soon as I try to zone or enter a house, or dungeon, I get booted.

Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? No. I've tried multiple times and keep getting a message that states my ticket cannot be created at this time, try again later.

after taking about trying for 45 minutes I was able to log into the game. starting at 826:pm cst I started in davons watch took a way shrine to vivec's antlers and went into ebonheart to start the quests that I had in there as the latency seemd pretty stable. I did all the quest and decided I would try going into campaign. during the traveling load screen I got kicked. 4 attempts to lag back in and tried 1 more time for campaign kick on load screen. immediately log back into my character and continue with another quest close by entering stonefang cavern solo instance for fighters guild - kicked on load screen got back in right away - tried door again got through finished the cavern and successfully left through the exit door load screen first try it is now 9:20 and gameplay feels stable but travelling requiring excessive load time I guess seems to be unstable. doorsto houses/bank/wayshrines seems stable as well for me

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Friday, it takes many attempts to log in and I get kicked every time I reach a load screen.

I can usually log in, but it always disconnects me do any kind of Waypoint traveling.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
Started about 4 days ago for me. Traveling between Waypoints will typically kick me.

Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
No. I assumed this forum was enough?

Additional note
I lost an entire weekend due to these issues. I think I should get a 1 week rebate on my ESO plus membership...

We understand this is very frustrating, and appreciate your understanding and patience while we continue to dig into this issue. Moving forward, we'll provide any updates in this thread. Do you really?! Its been how long sinde the issue started and still no fix?! Perhaps those of us who have experienced this issue, should be treated to a free month of ESO plus...at the very least

Seems every weekend there seems to be issues with the "megaservers", i have been experiencing issues left and right, so much so that I am starting to lose faith in this game. I have had issues logging on, glitched at the end of undaunted dungeons, and didnt get credit. After spending an hour or so trying to beat a dungeon it can be frustrating to glitch out after finally beating a boss. Yes i have tickets on this issue

Friday - I can eventually log in if I try over and over. If I do get in I'm stuck in the area I'm at. Traveling via any method results in being kicked. At this point if I keep trying to log in over and over and keep trying to travel over and over, it will eventually travel successfully. It just takes a whole lot of failed logins and being kicked while attempting to travel.

I have not created a ticket. All you get back is a generic response, I assume based on keywords in the ticket, anyway.

And of course still no word from ZOS, way to kill your public relations here Zenimax. It's one thing to tell us that the problem is on our end but at least acknowledge that their is a problem and even if you aren't sure where the problem is coming from an update would be nice instead of leaving us all in the dark on whether or not were even going to be able to play the game any time in the near future.

While I was completing a mission, I tried to exit the dungeon and it kicked me out during the loading screen. I tried to log back in several times but to no avail. The EU server is completely fine by the way. The NA server has been down since Friday. Sometimes it logs in to the character screen but it cannot load the character after that. After a short while it boots you back to shows a message that says to check your internet connection (which works).

I haven't created a ticket with CS yet because I know this issue is frequent and not unique.

Funny the troubleshoot alt is to contact microsoft, when I did they were wondering why would Zenimax tell their customers to contact microsoft for something they know is an internal issue...perhaps this latest patch broke the game...

I started playing MMOs in 97, I've NEVER seen an outage this long. Even crappy games like AO could keep their servers up. Why so many issues?

As did I... Good Ol' Everquest... and honestly back then, developers and game companies cared about the the people that played their games... because that's all they had to support their employees. NOW, game companies have their hands in so many games, and funds... they don't give a s^*t.

Never was kicked but played Friday morning 11 AM CST and logged out and have not been able to log in that character from that point on. I was able to login and play on the european server.
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
Yes, and responded once, will be responding again shortly. Both tickets were focused on my network connections when in both tickets I explicitly stated that my network was working because from the same console I can select the European server log in and play without issue.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? I got kicked early on Friday August 7th and had problems since. At first I was getting kicked when using wayshrines or doors with loading screens. Now I can't login on all 3 of my characters(they were in high pop areas).

What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game? I leveled up to VR5 went to Bangkorai and was kicked, that was Thursday, haven't been able to login since.
When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Thursday, No haven't been able to login at all since.
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? I did and was sent an email stating that you guys were aware of this issue and at this time there were no further trouble shooting steps that I could take since I have tried everything possible to get on to the NA server.

This is strange, I was able to create new characters on both servers and actually play online with them, but can not get my VR5 guy logged in at all. I didn't play long with the new characters I created since I have no desire to start over, had enough of that with the Lego Marvel game...

I really hope this is fixed soon, this is a great game, I had no problems until now, I don't know if it matters but I also had ESO plus previously and purchased crowns at the crown store a few times. This is an Imperial Edition disc version game. please fix this soon.

The first time was friday night. Before that most of the time I can't connect. When I can I get to the character screen and play with no problem until I hit a point with a loading screen. Then I get booted and can't get back.
European server is fine.
