Sooo 2.5 days.... and still waiting on an update? Does this mean there is no foreseeable fix, or even root of the problem to be fixed? Wow.... all i can say is wow...

Have been getting kicked mainly trying to get into heavy traffic areas and game does not load very easily. Have to switch servers (NA to EU then back to NA) to get in. Then my character does not always load. When I get kicked I always get the Unusually long load time message right before it happens.
Do not know the first time I got kicked except to say it started Friday night.
I had a ticket but got a generic message telling me to restart my router, check my internet, and get a hold of psn. None of those things helped me and the problem still persists.
As a note, I did not have as many problems playing early Sunday morning but Sunday evening/afternoon ran into many of the same problems listed above.

The only update is that they are doing maintenance on August 11 for Xbox and August 12 for PS4. Not sure if they narrowed the problem yet. Probably think a server reset could resolve it.

I am a fairly new player to the game. do they not do weekly server resets? or do they just not post about em? I do not recall seeing about one this week but I am pretty sure I saw last week, but then again last weeks was a big update so maybe that was why

First time kicked: Around Friday or so.
More info: I can usually log in just fine, but can only play for about 10 seconds before losing connection to the server. It seems to temporarily fix it if I'm able to run to a new zone (like if I'm in a delve), and then can usually play until I either re-log or go into a different delve.
I'm currently having a bit of an anomalous problem where I either can't connect to the login server/character select screen or, when I can, can't load into a zone.

Well keep collecting and troubleshooting, don't let them go home until the problem is fixed. In the mean time any way to knock on tech supports door and have them move my character from Stormhaven to Craglorn so I can at least turn in my daily crafting writs?

Mine are in Craglorn and cant log in, you have been tricked into thinking this is isolated areas.

More info: Most of the time I cannot log on. When I can get on there is a high chance of disconnect when I have to deal with a loading screen. Some times its wrose than at othes, I will disconnect and be unable to connect for 30 mins, only to get on and disconnect trying to change zones.

Traveling to my group seems to work more often than not.

First Kick: Unkown happens quite and I have mostly ignored it as my PS4 tells me my network is in a NAT typ3 3 state and I've been trying to fix that, but the game typically will run for a whil3 without an issue, but once it starts it happens like every 10 minutes.
Play Since: yes, as described above, but in relation to this issue I have not been able to get to my character loading screen since this issue started.
Ticket: nope.

You really think they actually have any there working on this. Either they do & they're incredibly inept or they're they dont & are just trying to placate us till Monday.

FYI,

I changed the primary and secondary DNS IP addresses, switched them around actually. afterward i was able play without issue. My internet provider is comcast. If you are one that is handy IT wise, give it a try. Another posted messaged about this as well, and since my PS4 sits outside the dmz I need to manually enter the ip info into the ps4.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? 3 days ago. If I finally get logged in, I usually get kicked again once I travel to any wayshrine.

I have made a ticket but the response was it's a technical problem on my side not your side. I have no problems with other online play on Xbox one.

Im on ps4, in tampa florida.

Im stuck in the craglorn underground, everytime i try to warp out it kicks me out of the server. Thats if i can get to the character select screen most of the time cant even connect, havent been able to all weekend.

Like everyone else I have made a ticket, but get the stupid automated response that it is something on my end. i can assure you that it's on your end.

I think my issue may be lag related. Generally get kicked in pvp when a lot is happening on screen with a lot of players. Can reconnect every time. Not really an issue for me as I can get back in game. An bein located in Australia is part the problem. Just thought I would post in case it helps in the future.

Only way to fix is to go out of North America server and go into the European server, but I still eventually get kicked.

all the other mmo games ive played offered some kind of compensation for huge issues like this that go unresolved, i wonder how zenimax plans to make up for this if they even do anything at all. the cs has been about the worst i have seen in any recent mmos

I haven't been on since Friday afternoon (8/7/15)
I think I was in Vuhlkel Guard in Auridon, standing next to the wayshrine.
I was never kicked off, I just didn't have time to play again until this morning/early afternoon. I have been unable to log back into the server. I have made several attempts and I have restarted my console several times.
I have not created a ticket. Should I create one to have it on record or is posting my information enough?

I thank you for addressing this issue and hope that it is resolved soon enough.

-Missouri, USA. A odd thing my friend that plays with me is literally about 5 blocks away from my house, and he has had no problems at all and uses the same ISP. I am doubting it has anything to do with geographic location.

What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game?
-It's been happening anytime I go to a wayshrine or loading screen I get disconnected saying to check my internet. Also it happens a few times before I try to connect giving me a 315 unable to connect to lobby error. I can usually get in after trying quite a few times, but tonight I tried connecting for 30 minutes and was not able to get on at all

. Also I can connect to the European server just fine.

-I believe it was Friday I first started noticing the issue, and it has progressively gotten worse the last couple of days.

-No, as it seems pointless just to be told it's on my end when it's obviously not. Other games are working fine still, and I am always talking to my friend I play ESO with on xbox live Party chat while this is happening.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? First time kicked off since day 1 of buying it about 3 weeks ago. I will be able to get on but I can only stay on anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes before it kicks me out.

Had trouble logging in since Friday and the few times i have gotten in it boots me at loading screens. I'm in Tennessee and play on Xbox one. I'm also and eso plus member and I'm getting very frustrated with how often I am unable to play this game. It seems like evey weekend, which is the only time I'm off, there are problems with the servers. It's getting ridiculous. I am on the verge of cancelling me subscription and stop playing altogether if this continues to happen. Very disappointed because I very much enjoy the game.

Teleporting from one wayshrine to another in Auridon.

It started on August 9th, I've been able to log on, but not long enough to actually play. As soon as any loading screen is involved with teleporting the unusually long load time message pops up and I'm immediately kicked.

3. First sign of trouble was at the bank, withdrawals were not working, restarted console, fixed bank issue, but started to get disconnected at way shrine and other loading screens
4. Friday, August 7, 2-3pm CST - yes, but I have about a 50% failure rate (kicked for invalid Internet), when I change zones try way shrine, or load dungeons. Once in a zone, everything is fine, Dan play all day, if I stay in the zone. Way shrine transport within a zone also is 100% successful. It's only inter-zone issues.

This is KILLING pvp. First of all, I have no idea why wait times are 1-4hrs just to friggin go to cyrodiil. However, with thus problem, I queue up, wait a few hours for my turn, and then I get screwed. Fails during travel/loading cyrodiil and I have to start all over.

My failure rates changing zones is simply a HUGE ass pain, as it takes a few to several minutes to reconnect. However, with pvp. I have tried 3 nights in a row, have waited in queue for about 15 hours throughout the weekend, just to get kicked every time it's time to travel.

Azura star is the only vet campaign with a small queue time, and I can get in there about 1/10 times.

Friday night, Traveling to The Harborage from Reaper's March.

I've been able to get on for brief periods of time until I finally just gave up. My best luck was in Cyrodiil which sucked because I don't like PvP.

Just restart the damn server already. Don't wait another two days until maintenance.
