Please show me a quote saying anything about a nerf. I dare you. You will not find one.
I have never asked for a nerf, ever. I have never asked for the combat to be easier.
You barked up the wrong tree.
I said you LOT meaning the ones who couldn't manage the difficulty. Find one where I have ever said L2P
First: When you quote me and say "the lot of you" that would include me. I does not.
Second: I never said you said L2P.
Put down the crack pipe and step away from the children.

I like a challenging game.
That said, playing my Vet 8 Templar today, I felt like a hero again.
I felt powerful. I got to treat minions as the garbage that they are.
No longer do I need to beg a pack of mubcrabs for mercy!
I have to say I love the change. I didn't ask for it, but I do love it.
Thank you, ZOS.
.. Templar... soloing.. Hero?... Damn they nerfed the *** out of the VR Areas.
No, I'm just that skilled. I was soloing before today.
I'm sure with enough practice, you could have played a Templar.
AlienDiplomat wrote: »While I was not an advocate for the 'nerf' I completely understand where ZOS is coming from. It makes business sense to cater to the larger crowd.
Yeah I noticed that. I also remember it being used as justification for the nerf when the qqing was going the other way pre patch. Just a shame all the people waited until after the nerf to find their voices. I always suspected that the "difficulty too hard" gang was a vocal minority....at least on this forum. Seems I might have been right.
Prove to me they are the larger crowd. I know this forum isn't reflective of the larger player base but I never hear anyone in any of the 5 games I am in complaining that it was too easy and any polls here do seem to show the opposite.
While I could never prove that your side was in the minority neither can you. And I don't believe for a second that the reason the vet zones are empty is due to the difficulty. This will be proved when they are sill empty after the patch.
Log in and check out the VR zones now. It is not rocket science. People are happy with the change. People will finish their mains, finish alts. Those who are unhappy with this change to VR content are the vocal minority.
Its easy to say the sky is yellow if you've never been outside.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHej4ZqZDwoIf you need a challenge, go to Craglorn, go to PvP, or go to the new content that will all pretty much be for vets.
Some people here need to cut the crap and be honest. The reality is, most of you that are already V12 just ran and did the grind in Craglorn. Many and I would say most) of the V12s in Cyrodiil have no skills because they got all their exp by grinding high reward spots. You really don't learn much on PvE bosses- they are formulaic and once you know the pattern and response, you can win.
The folks that really learn mechanics are the people in PvP taking keeps (those damn archers will teach you a thing or two about playing real fast) and fighting other players. THAT is where I leveled up my VR7. VR zones were not too hard from the perspective of being able to complete it. VR zones were too hard for the payoff, for the amount of time you have to spend chipping away at it, and this nerf fixes a big part of it. I can go play through storylines without paying a bunch of repair costs and without spending a bunch of time chipping away at enemies.
If you need a challenge, go to Craglorn, go to PvP, or go to the new content that will all pretty much be for vets. Quit crying here and please quit patting yourself on the back for being such a good player- really I would be rather embarrassed to be so caught up in how skilled I am on an MMO or how easy other people have it. I hope you have other accomplishments in your life to be proud of (or egotistical about).
and exactly this makes it possible to call them 'gods'. they are pretty much the closest thing to it in the eyes of the mortal. their power is vast and wild. refering to them as simply 'daedra' makes much smaller impact, especially within the frames of Altmeri beliefs.ShedsHisTail wrote: »To be fair, the Daedra aren't gods; merely worshipped as such by some cultures.Second, it's not like you soloed Molag Bal; you had the backing of another equally powerful Daedric Prince backing you. If Meridia hadn't been there, you'd have been stomped.

Let me guess, you are a spoiled little kid that has have everything handed to him and doesn't like to really work for anything? Am i right?
Doesnt matter if you agree with me or not.
The point is most kids now a days have to have everything handed to them on a silver platter. None like to put for the effort to actually feel like you have accomplished anything.
I feel sorry for the spoiled little kids now a days that they will NEVER have that feeling of TRUE accomplishment. I'm sorry.

They didnt have the amulet of kings though.
But I know what he means. Where does it state that you have to be more powerful than the bad guys in an MMO? Who wrote that rule. Why cant you be the underdog beating the odds? And why shouldn't that be more rewarding?

So they brought the mountain to Mohamed then flattened it a bit for you. I fought my way there and climbed it. You will never know how satisfying that was. Neither will any other potential customers. They just nerfed the only thing the game had going for it.
Yeah, you're going to have take 'Elder Scrolls Online VR12' off your CV now it's been so devalued.

That would be forced grouping, which has proven to fail over and over.
If there were three mobs and each one was as powerful as you, you would never win. .

This guy here; he wins this thread. I give you +1 awesome sir.
Thing is all these RP'res talk about immersion. What is more immersive than knowing you are in danger when you leave a town. When you have to think about every encounter. When there is a reasonable chance you will die if you get things wrong. That's immersive. Thats closer to how things would really be in Tamriel

Not so. Many of us were killing groups of 3 that did more damage and had more health than us. We just used better tactics than the AI. Its pretty dumb you know

2 vet levels above me. More health, hit harder and out number mehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlUTib_4xLU
Yup, all the TES fans came at launch. The ones that follow will be looking for an MMO game and be damned with the lore. They will want a challenge. They will play this game for a fortnight and move on to something else.Blackwidow wrote: »I have made 2,329 posts on these forums. For a short while ESO offered something rarely found. An MMO RPG that you couldn't just faceroll through. This is the way games are moving now. Just look at all the sirvival MMO's like RUST and Day Z. Its also why WoW has lost 5 million ustomers.
